We found this gas station closed, we were able to put gas and we paid cash ( 100€), but we only bought 70€ of gas. The receipt specified that we were owd 30€ In gas or cash. We thought that we could get that 30€ or gas at any Esso gas station in Italy. We later found out, near Rome, that this was possible only at that specific gas station.
I don’t find this fair considering that Esso is an international gas station.
According to them i would have had to stay there over night until they open again to get my money back. Wth! 😡
