Pizzeria Restaurant Fornata

This place is really a good surprise, food is over the average for the right price. We had a family dinner with appetizers ( beef tartare and cheese and aged meet charcuterie) very good in our opinion, a pizza, pork belly and carbonara, everyone was happy, about the own dish, dessert was a pleasure as well. As I said: a very nice surprise.

Condivido le mie esperienze nella Pizzeria Ristorante Fornata. Condivido che c'è sempre gentilezza. Condivido che la struttura del Ristorante e ben curata e grande con dei bei tavoli. Condivido che il vostro servizio e troppo lento ed maleducato. Condivido che tutto il Ristorante sia pulito torneremo ancora ad trovarvi per una percentuale di un errore " che il buon appetito non è educato dirlo ma dire buon pranzo o cena per fare una bella figura di eleganza verso alla clientela"

Da Fornata si mangia veramente bene. Dalla pizza, ai primi e secondi, al dessert, tutto fatto usando prodotti locali e cucinati con maestria dallo chef Steven. Abbiamo prenotato fuori menù, uno stinco di maiale per il giorno dopo. Mai mangiato uno stinco più buono! Carne cotta ed insaporita alla perfezione, contorno di polenta e cavolo rosso. Stinco fatto macerare nelle spezie e cotto nella birra. Consiglio vivamente!
I desserts, dal gelato ai dolci, sono tutti prodotti nel ristorante dallo chef. Niente di industriale o preconfezionato. E la differenza si sente!
Il servizio ai tavoli è cordiale e dal clima familiare. E sanno consigliare bene. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Das Restaurant ist absolute Spitze. Qualität 1a. Teils individuelle Speisen und Desserts in großer Auswahl. Der Koch könnte durchaus in einer gehobenen Gastronomie tätig sein, ist er zum Glück jedoch nicht. Auch die Pizzen sind einmalig was den Teigbelag wie auch die Belegung anbetrifft. Das Personal ist klasse und sehr sehr nett. Je nach Gast wird fließend zwischen ladinisch, italienisch, englisch und deutsch gesprochen bzw. gewechselt. Letztlich waren wir fast jeden Abend dort und können das Fornata absolut weiterempfehlen. Ich werde es sehr vermissen.

Ein riesiges Dankeschön möchten wir Euch aussprechen. Wir sind zum zweiten Mal nun bei Euch essen gewesen (beim ersten Mal zwei super Gulasch-Vorspeisen-Suppen sowie Pizza Diavolo und Cortina). Auch dieses Mal war das Essen mit so viel Rafinesse und Liebe gemacht. Die beiden Burger (American & Short Ribs) waren einfach nur gigangisch. (Wir waren bereits 3 Wochen in den USA und haben ungelogen nicht ein einziges Mal so raffinierte, leckere Burger gegessen. Auch die Pfifferlings-Vorspeisen-Suppe war klasse - so intensiv, so frisch, echt prima. Der Nachtisch war so modern zusammengesetzt, es war eine Geschmacksexplosion im Mund (Basilikumsorbet etc.). Auch der Service war spitzenmäßig, sowohl von der Eigentümerin, die uns schon vor Start der Abendküche bewirtete, als auch die junge, blonde Dame im Service. Großes Lob an das gesamte Küchenteam, macht weiter so. Wir kommen in unserem nächsten Südtirol-Urlaub gerne wieder und würden euch immer weiter empfehlen. Ottimo ambiente, personale gentile e molto efficiente. La pizza ottima, la cucina eccellente: piatti davvero interessanti e diversi. Assolutamente da provare, complimenti a tutto il personale.
