Local restaurant with warm and friendly staff, manageable menu (enough options without burdening you with choice), coming with a cozy setting. The food was outstanding - very delicious, and that for a modest price. Highly recommend when in Trento. I’m case you walk here from the city, taking a little detour next to the river is highly recommended, too. Great views!

One of a kind! - the selection of the menu, the matching wines as well as the outstanding friendlyness of the staff made this a very special experience. It would be unfair just to highlight a auntie course, as simply everything was made to perfection.

Really tasty and comforting Italian meal. I got lasagnetta full of veggies, very creamy. They also served us a small portion of a pumpkin soup as a bonus :) waiter was friendly and spoke English. I recommend this cozy restaurant

I went there for dinner two times.
Very tasty cuisine. Fresh products. Both Creative and traditional cuisine. Big selection of local wines. Great service and recommendations for wine. The waiter made me taste a different wine for each dish. So delightful ! Thank to the very helpful and friendly waiter for both dinners. Better to book.

Another very satisfying meal at Il Libertino. For revisited local traditional dishes, currently this is my favourite place in town.

The standout dish of the day was a superbly cooked stuffed rabbit. But the salt cod mousse on crispy polenta, the salad of cured arctic char, and a pumpkin flan were certainly not far behind. And the desserts once again showcased the real flair of the chef for the genre.

A notable feature of this osteria/ristorante is the vast wine list. The manager/owner is an expert sommelier who will give you any information you may wish to have. The room with dark wood and vaulted ceilings is pleasant and warm, service is friendly, and so are the prices, both for food and for wine.

Una coccola per il palato e per E per il cuore. Se avessi la possibilità assegnerei 100 stelle a questo ristorante perché è semplicemente unico. Sono cliente da parecchio tempo e ogni volta l’accoglienza, il servizio, il cibo, il conto, la pulizia non mi hanno mai deluso ma anzi. Vorrei semplicemente esprimere un grazie in primis ai proprietari e quindi alla cuoca e poi al personale presente, discreto e sempre gentile . I piatti che ho assaggiato in questo luogo sono veramente curati, pensati e realizzati ,sicuramente , con amore : non potrebbe essere diversamente. La selezione delle materie prime spicca palesemente nella realizzazione di questi capolavori culinari.
Quindi, il Libertino è da provare assolutamente ❤

location di gusto classico ambiente tranquillo, elegante, adatto per una cena a due o in compagnia ma non troppo chiassosa. Sale da pranzo piccole con il soffitto a volta. Un menù interessante. Piatti belli alla vista e molto gustosi. Pprzioni giuste. Abbiamo mangiato antipasto di involtini di carne salata scottata su letto di crema di patate e ripieno di cavolo con cumino e cipolla rossa agrodolce, molto buoni e canederli alle erbe con granella di nocciole, saporiti. Molto morbide e cotte al punto giusto pure le costolette di agnello con patate al forno e verdure saltate. Buoni i dolci, fondente piccante con sentore di arancia e semifreddo all'amaretto. Una fornita lista vini in bottiglia o calice. Buono il pinot nero e il lagrein.

Hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Hatten es als Slow Food Laden extra ausgesucht. Tolles leckeres Essen! Nur bei der Weinauswahl gäb es Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. Zwei ausgewählte Weißweine waren aus. Vielleicht wäre ein Hauswein zum Essen gut. Kann ja jeder einen anderen aus der Karte wählen wenn gewünscht. Aber alles in allem toll 😊

Ci siamo recati prenotando infrasettimanalmente per cena, ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo.
Partendo dallo staff qualificato, gentile e simpatico senza risultare forzati.
Menù tipico a prezzi modici e proporzionati nelle quantità.

Torneremo sicuramente, soprattutto per il vino che ci è stato consigliato durante la cena.
Non c'è parcheggio, ma dista 5 minuti a piedi dal parcheggio Lungo adige
