Gran Cir

It's one of the easiest ferratas. Good for beginners, still PPE (helmet, gloves, and climbing harness) highly recommended due to loose rocks.

It will take you max 2h in a very slow pace to go up & 1h to go down.

But the scenery is worth doing it.

It was our first Via Ferrata hike, I am very happy to have climbed to this peak. It was easier than we had expected. After a short lunch break at the top we were surprised to experience the decent back to the starting point as easier than the climb to the top.

I would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable first Via Ferrata experience with amazing views!

The entire route was just under 6km with ~500m of elevation according to Strava.

Easy via feratta. Don't really need a belay, the rope is OK as a hand-hold now and again. Helmet advised in case of falling rocks. Great views and as always, a sense of achievement when you stand at the top.

Forse la cima più bella da raggiungere in poco tempo, é un posto conosciuto per vedere l'alba, quindi il week-end può capitare di trovare su tantissima gente, e il posto sulla coma é limitato. Sentiero con cavi d'acciaio. Necessario sicurezza nel passo, consigliato caschetto. Raggiungibile in ca. Un ora dal passo Gardena.
Ottimo panorama su Odles, Pelmo, Antelao, Sella...

Regiungibile da Passo Gardena in giro di un ora, attraverso prima sulle piste sciistiche o sentiero in mezzo ai prati poi attraverso il sentiero a tratti attrezati, che non presentono grandi difficoltà, bisogna fare attenzione alla roccia umida nel primo tratto della ferratina.
Cima molto panoramica sul Gruppo dell Sella, Sassolungo .

Vom Grödner Joch in ca. 1 Stunde über teilweise gesicherten Steig zu erreichen. Gute Alternative zum oft überlaufenen Klettersteig gleich nebenan.
Fantastische Aussicht auf Langkofel und Sellagruppe.

Breve ma bellissimo itinerario, accessibile anche a chi ha poca esperienza di montagna.Sempre con la dovuta attenzione e con imbrago per i meno sicuri.

Aufstieg = Abstieg. Sehr gut um einen Hochalpinen Sonnenaufgang zu genießen.

Wanderung dauert nicht lange, wenn man schnell ist 1 Stunde. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Wir waren dort zum Sonnenaufgang.

Ottima vetta facilmente raggiungibile se attrezzati per ferrate.

Abbiamo parcheggiato al lasso Gardena (7€ giornaliero) e siamo saliti verso il rifugio Dantercepies. Da lì ci si sposta un po' verso valle e si cerca il sentiero di attacco al gran Cir.

Da non confondere con il piccolo Cir che è praticamente sopra il rifugio Dantercepies ed è una ferrata difficile.

La ferrata del Gran Cir inizia con un sentiero tra le rocce e poi segue alcuni tratti attrezzati e altri rocciosi.

In cima una croce di metallo riempita si sassi svetta sul punto più alto.

Prima ferrata con mia figlia. Un'emozione unica. Posto belllissimo

Cima immancabile nel curriculum delle Dolomiti, regala una vista mozzafiato dal Pepno e dal Sella allo Sciliar, al Puez, alle Tofane. Semplice la ferrata, ma da approcciare con la dovuta cautela.
