Fresh local breakfast with herbs from the garden - beautifully prepared and presented. This B&B have only one room - so you have your own garden and living room - and you are staying with two fantastic owners - who will help you 24/7 with what you need. If you are famous you can stay here 100% anonymous with no disturbance and good privacy. This is much better than any 5 star hotel - personal service is better than Burj Al Arab. If you are interested in history, culture and local restaurants - Philip and Umberto are there four you. Best place to stay in Sicily for couples, history lovers , famous and rich people. Wifi network speed was measured to 20 Mbps - in both directions - which was fine for us. Location is good. Everything here is hidden in the details - so you should also take good care of the property (and owners) ! Not suited for noisy uncultivated people.

An absolutely great B&B and a fairly unique experience too! Hosts Philip and Umberto act more like friends. Their place is also stunning. Breakfast is tasty, beds are comfortable and conversation stimulating! The B&B is also in a great location for exploring Taomia.

Im September 2021 besuchten wir Taormina und wohnten für neun Nächte bei Philip und Umberto. Von der überaus geschmackvollen und detailverliebten Einrichtung bis hin zum traumhaft gestalteten Garten, kümmern sich die Beiden auch sehr um Ihre Gäste. Sie hatten immer die besten Ausflugsziele parat, reservierten die schönsten Restaurants für uns und man konnte mit den Zwei die nettestem Gespräche führen. Hier ist man eindeutig zu Gast bei Freunden! :) Könnten wir mit elf Punkten von zehn bewerten, würden wir diese sofort geben!

Wir waren für 12 Tage bei Philip und Umberto. Unsere Gastgeber waren an Hilfsbereitschaft und Herzlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Ihre Gastfreundschaft war grenzenlos. Sauberkeit und Gemütlichkeit sind wirklich nicht zu toppen. Wir waren schon in vielen Locations aber dies übertrifft vieles um nicht zu sagen alles. Das gemeinsame - unübertreffliche - alles selbstgemachte Frühstück - war ein Hammer. Wir können das Rocca Castello wärmstens und besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Sizilien - Taormina - Philip - Umberto - ein Gläschen Prosecco in ihrem traumhaften Garten - und sonst gar nichts. Das ist Urlaub - das ist Erholung pur. Den Rest lesen einem die liebsten und besten Gastgeber sowieso von den Lippen ab. Ob ein besonderes Ausflugsziel oder eines der feinsten Restaurants oder Shoppingtips etc etc etc.... היומיים בהם התארחנו אצל פיליפ ואומברטו היו שיא הטיול שלנו בסיציליה. אין די מילים כדי להודות על העזרה הדאגה ותשומת הלב שהעניקו לנו שני האנשים המקסימים האלו . החל מיצירת קשר לפני שהגענו. עבור דרך בית מדהים מלא ביופי ואהבה שנראה כמו מוזיאון ושחלק גדול ממנו הועמד לרשותנו. חניה צמודה לרכב. עזרה בבחירת מסעדות. עזרה בארגון טיול להר האטנה. רישום לבדיקת קורונה ומעל הכול חברה. שיחות ארוכות נעימות ומעניינות. מה עוד אפשר לבקש?
