We had just flown in from Milan and arrived without a reservation. They were very accommodating and helped us with everything we asked. The facilities were great and a huge refresher after driving and flying all day!

Lovely calm atmosphere and excellent facilities. I am vegetarian and food in restaurant not to my taste, but the service from Ivo and Bogdan was excellent - hardworking, courteous guys.

The service is best i have seen in years. Staff went out of their way to cater to all my family needs. Big thank you to the gentleman that made sure we are happy with all services provided.

Great place everything including Wi-Fi even on the top floor worked good. Specially impressed with the service at breakfast

Struttura molto bella non lontana dal centro di Aosta. Staff cordiale e proprietaria meravigliosa amante degli animali ! Pepe un cane stupendo!
Stanza ampia e funzionale con materassi super comodi e un ottimo cuscino in Memory. Spa carina con piscina riscaldata, sauna e bagno turco. Ottima la colazione servita fino alle 10.30.
Nella hall è presente un bellissimo pianoforte a disposizione degli ospiti.

Tout était génial. J’y suis allée avec une smartbox pendant 2j. J’avais peur d’être un peu moins bien reçue en raison de la smartbox mais pas du tout. La chambre est niquel, et bonus les chiens sont acceptés ! Nous n’avons payé aucun supplément pour la présence de mon spitz moyen.
La piscine, le jacuzzi, sauna et hammam étaient très bien entretenus et propres. Il faut utiliser un bonnet de bain pour pouvoir aller dans l’eau. L’hôtel peut vous les prêter, ainsi que peignoirs, serviettes et tongs.
Le petit déjeuner était très bon et très complet que ce soit au niveau du sucré, du salé et des boissons chaudes et froides.
L’accueil était vraiment super. Les réceptionnistes sont vraiment à votre écoute.
Le parking est gratuit et réservé à la clientèle de l’hôtel, il y a même un parking couvert si besoin.
Mon petit chien faisait ses besoins dans les jardins de l’hôtel et comme j’avais toujours des sacs pour nettoyer, il n’y avait pas de problème.
De plus, l’hôtel est situé à 10’ à pieds du centre. L’emplacement est vraiment parfait car pas loin du tout du centre à pieds et en même temps un peu excentré ce qui permet d’être vraiment au calme

Abbiamo passato un weekend bellissimo, le camere sono pulite e la spa, inclusa nel prezzo, è spaziosa, il personale è professionale e molto gentile. La colazione è molto buona con possibilità di mangiare sia dolce che salato. Torneremo sicuramente per un altro weekend

L'hôtel est magnifique, propre et calme.
Après une journée a marcher dans la ville avec des grosses chaleurs nous avons apprécié la belle piscine extérieure.
La chambre était propre, le lit très confortable.
Petit bémol pour la baignoire, l'eau se vide toute seule malgré le bouchon, donc bain d'une très courte durée.
Je recommande cet hôtel :)

Semplicemente Ottimo. Gentilezza e disponibilitá del personale impagabile. Mi hanno perfino dato supporto nel risolvere un inconveniente con la prenotazione online pacchetto. Hotel pulito e profumato. Per Friendly.
