Hotel Lago di Garda

This hotel surprised me. I wasn’t expecting much but the service was impeccable. Not sure if this hotel is new because it is so so clean. When going to the spa, they send the spa kit (robe and flip flops) to your room. The spa was a great treat after spending a long day on the water. I love the privacy you get and not having to share the sauna/steam and etc with others. The only downside I could think of is the parking spot because it is not on the property. I would pay an extra fee for valet but I don’t think they offer it. I have yet to try their restaurant for lunch or dinner but the breakfast spread was definitely above average for a small hotel. I wish I had gotten the names of the front desk personnel and the lady who made my cappuccino because they were super awesome, friendly, and just overall genuine positive energy - like they are all happy working there. I feel it says a lot about their employers. The hotel is very near the beach and lots of restaurants within the area. Definitely coming back next month!

This is such a great spot. In the middle of everything in Torbole but yet a very quiet spot. We had a room with a private hot tub & deck. We also booked the private spa, massages & dinner. It was a great get-away. During the day, there are so many choices, we booked bikes and went to Riva & Arco. We also spent some time in the lake. The staff was phenomenal, they were always available if we had a request or needed tourism advice. The breakfast staff was always at our service with great coffee. The room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of room to find spots to relax. We hope to return very soon! 12 out of 10 for sure!

After my bad experience with the hotel in Venice, this unexpectedly turned out to be an awesome experience! The hotel is located on the lake. My room was just perfect! I booked the one with the view of the lake. Every morning I enjoyed waking up and looking out the window with colorful surfers and boats. This has been a perfect stay at Lake Garda!

Our first visit to the area and what an amazing place. This Hotel really was the icing on the cake for us. Friendly professional staff and excellent breakfast service which was very high quality. A nice touch was an unexpected upgrade, bottle of prosecco and birthday message which made the stay extra special. A very nice personal touch. Thank you Hotel Lago di Garda and we look forward to our next visit.

We stayed at this hotel from 4 to 6 july. The whole family (2 kids included) loved our stay and give 5 stars rating for the whole stay. The location of the hotel is ideal, in front of the lake, at the heart of Torbole. We had a very professional and warm welcome from the front desk staff. They did everything to accomodate us. Our room was modern, spacious, clean and we appreciated the luxury of the details and token items, as well as the lake view from our balcony. The best was yet to come: breakfast! Fresh juce, pastries, bread, warm buffet… what a treat, the breakfast restaurant is in front of the lake litterally. Samantha’s team was amazing, serving the best capuccini, and very helpful. That was our dream stay, really. The hotel us great, modern, clean, location is perfect, staff is super professional and helpful. I highly recommend! Thank you fir the time we spent with you guys!

The rooms were beautiful, clean and quiet. The location is amazing, right on the canal and walking distance to everything, but not noisy at all. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is clean, comfortable and well appointed, with large spacious rooms. It also has an excellent location by the Lake. Breakfast was very good, but most importantly, all the staff were friendly, and very helpful, especially the people on reception, who were very pro active in sorting stuff out for us, like taxis, umbrellas and late check out. It felt almost like a concierge service!

We had booked the "2Celebrate" package for our last night of a 6-day trip around Como and Garda. A fantastic way to end a great holiday. The staff were extremely welcoming, the room was comfortable and clean, and the tasting menu in the restaurant was delicious.

Beautiful hotel, very close to amenities and fabulous view of the lake, very clean & comfortable, modern, beautiful restaurant overlooking the lake. Very nice staff at reception. There was a Spa in the hotel, but we didn't use it, the Lemone Spa, it did look amazing. Our room was very spacious & ever so comfortable, ensuite bathroom was very modern with dual sinks, we will definitely stay at this Hotel again & would highly recommend a stay at this hotel 💕

We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we walked in until the moment we left.
Nothing was too much for the staff to do & the food at the restaurant for both breakfast & dinner was amazing!!

I’ve just come back from a wonderful few days in Milan and Lake Garda, this is a sister hotel to another nearby, we got upgraded to this hotel and also upgraded the room we stayed in! The hotel staff were thorough and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay! During our stay my partner had her birthday and off there own backs the room was decorated for the occasion and a bottle of champagne and other little bits were left! Breakfast was fantastic and the dinner at the restaurant was a very high standard! There’s also a beautiful restaurant across the road called Geier we’d recommend on your stay! The views from our room and the hot tub on our balcony make it a wonderful experience for us and the views can be seen from the restaurant during breakfast as well. Just remember if you stay in the off-season travel is more limited (no ferries near Torbole just 1 route is covered, no speed boats to go one end of the lake to the other and the buses are more frequent)

I stayed here for 4 nights in June 2023 and I loved it so much I have rebooked for 2024.
What I loved: great location means you won't have to drag your luggage across cobblestones (well only for a couple of metres); best breakfast I had during my 5 weeks in Italy, and coeliacs and vegetarians are well catered for; Greta the lovely front of house lady is just a wonderful, lovely person and a pleasure to talk to; rooms are spacious with lots of storage space; hotel guests receive 10% off food bill in the restaurant downstairs.
What I didn't love - lots of noise from the street below as its the main thoroughfare down to the lake front, I have requested a different room this time which I hope they can oblige; weird aircon set up means it only works when the windows are fully closed and even then you must ask reception to switch it on but once on it was really cold with no way to adjust in the room? So I had 2 very hot nights and 2 very cool nights. Oh well first world problems, I really can't wait to come back to this lovely hotel!

Location location location! Our rooms looked out to the lake and it was incredible. Breakfast was wonderful and a wide range of items and drinks to choose from. Would love to go back soon!!

We had a wonderful stay here and such a warm welcome when we arrived. The room was fabulous and our only little niggle was that the heating was on and we were unable to turn it off. Would love to stay here again

Beautiful view down the entire lake. Staff were exceptional. Nice for a spa day too. Easy walk to restaurants. Loved it.

the overall experience was amazing. The location of the hotel, the food, the staff were nice and accomodating. I even got a little gift on my birthday :) We are already looking for a new date to come back.

This hotel has spoiled me. They exceeded every one of my expectations. We had the privilege of meeting Arora at the front desk she was fantastic.

We stayed at the Hotel Lago di Garda for two nights in July. The women working at the front desk were all incredibly helpful. We got a free upgrade to a room with a giant soaking tub and a view from the roof. The room itself was spacious, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the bed was really comfortable. There was air conditioning, which was so welcome after the heat outside. The free breakfast was quite varied, with eggs, bacon, sausages, fresh fruits and lots of delicious baked goods. You could even make your own juice! We really enjoyed our stay and even got to check out the private spa which was very cool. There is parking available but it is a 5 minute walk away. The location of the hotel is perfect, right near the water, near the dock.
