Very nice, clean, and beautiful hotel. Atmosphere as at home. At arrival you are welcomed with glass of Proseco. I will be returning returning there. Charming and helpful owner, you feel as you have known her since long time.

Almost perfect. The place is charming and comfortable. Supersilent during the night. Nice garden and a very welcoming host. The only thing is that there was any opened restaurant near the place. So we had to go to another town. But it was bad luck. I strongly recomend to stay here.

Non posso che fare i complimenti sinceri per una accoglienza eccezionale. Mai ricevute tante attenzioni in un bed and breakfast. Ottima posizione per visitare Spilimbergo, Aquileia e San Daniele. Consigliatissimo!

Bella location, posto strategico al centro del Friuli, tranquillo, arredato con gusto, colazione molto buona.
