Casa Uliveto

This is a beautiful little villa situated in the hills above Umbertide and there is only positive to report about our two week stay. The road leading up to the villa is tight but easy to drive and can be navigated with any car without issues. Arriving at the villa you will see there is a beautiful gate that opens to the house and gardens. The house is split in to two halves with two kitchens and two living rooms and 4 bedrooms for each halve. There are 3 bathrooms for the 4 bedrooms with two of them being en suit. Generally the setup was near perfect as there is even an air-condition unit in the center of each house. While the houses are fantastic the outside was even nicer! Great pool area and amazing garden with fantastic views. The Pictures don't do it justice and every moment there was very enjoyable. Can only recommend the outside grill as this was an amazing and fun grill and we had many evenings there. Also the tennis court was just perfect as we could go down there in the evenings and play a little game of tennis before bed!
Generally there are no neighbors or disturbances to be reported on and we loved every moment of the two weeks we spent there. Can only recommend.

Our friends (repeat visitors) strongly recommended Casa Uliveto and we are very happy that they did. The Villa is just amazing ! The scenic countryside location and the pool view. Host and his family keep the grounds and pool immaculate. Catering dinner was one of our very best Italian meals... We had great tourist recommendations, visiting Gubbio, Assisi, Arezzo, Cortona and many others. We look forward to returning one day soon. Thank you!!!
