Casale Lavanda is a fantastic villa to stay in. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday - a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of outdoor seating, and a wonderful pool area. The outside space has been recently landscaped with grass areas and a paved area around the pool, which remains cool to walk on even in the summer heat. Meg, the site manager, is very approachable and helpful. This is one of the best villas that we have stayed in and would highly recommend.

We have rented this year a villa near by Trevi. It was one of the nicest villa I have rented in my live. Good maintained, very clean. And not to forget with a beautiful sunset

Our stay at Villa Rosmarino was just magical and exceeded every expectation, on every level. Recently renovated to ensure the villa had every possible modern amenity you’d want, while maintaining the history and beauty of the house. It was perfection. The property manager Beatrice was so knowledgeable and helpful check-in was a breeze- she even booked us a restaurant for the first night when our Italian failed us. Luana helped us through the selection process with patience and understanding and helped arrange the most magical dinner, cooked in our villa. My father in law who’s quite particular still hasn’t stopped talking about how perfect it was. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

San Valentino, the Italy to Rent villa in the Todi region of Umbria, is exactly as advertised...a beautiful, fully equipped, 3 master suite villa with a great kitchen, pool and view. We couldn't have been happier.

We rented Tenuta Pulceria for a multigenerational family holiday and had the most wonderful stay. The villa is beautiful and well maintained and had excellent space for everyone. The views are stunning and the beautiful grounds perfectly accommodated our many activities from dining every night on the patio, to watching the children play on the grassy areas and enjoying the beautiful pool every afternoon when we returned from our many day trips in the area. Guido was available to help us with anything we needed. I highly recommend this property!

We were fortunate enough to stay at the beautiful Casale Condotti for a week in July. We can honestly say it was the highlight of our 3 weeks in Europe. The property is spacious and well equipped, and we felt truly at home. The walk into Trevi was much easier than we anticipated, and we enjoyed this each evening for dinner or if we were heading out for the day.

Trevi is a beautiful, authentic Umbrian town and we enjoyed exploring it along with Spello and Spoleto which are close by.

Our week in Umbria was lovely and Luana connected us with a fantastic chef who came to the Villa to cook for us one evening allowing our children to be involved in the preparation. We were also put in touch with a driver who was available for transfers.

The villa is very inviting, the pool is divine and the rooms very comfortable. We loved every minute of our stay and recommend Italy to Rent for your Umbria holidays!

Working with Luana and Italy to Rent was fantastic. Our villa was beautiful, better even than the description on the website. I would absolutely book through Italy to Rent again- Luana was extremely responsive and informative. The property management (Guido) was expert and answered all of our questions. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cette superbe et grande maison dans la campagne ombrienne située dans un hameau en flanc de colline. Intérieur de qualité (lits, grands canapés, tables) et décoration faits avec goùt. Maison sur 2 étages quasi indépendants, nombreuses terrasses facilitant la recherche d'ombre. Pas de vis-à-vis, grand jardin à découvrir avec entre autre un four à pizza et une petite cour pour des soirées au clair de lune. Possibilités de randonnées à partir de la maison et vraiment pleins de choses à faire (canyoning, vélo) et d'endroits à visiter . Nous avons aimé la piscine pour se refraichir après les excursions dans les environs. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
