Maso Palù

We found it accidentally, while descenting from Monte Baldo by car. After hiking we were very hungry. Staff were kind and quick so we didn't starve. Food and drinks were excellent. After this experience I have to admit that there is life beyond pasta and pizza too in Italy. Delicious local dishes were served.

One word : wonderful!
We loved everything and spent a wonderful time with our children.

An absolute must try. The restaurant is tucked back with beautiful rolling hills and olive trees. The service was excellent! The polenta was delicious. The salad was the most fresh we have had. The tagliatelle was also fresh and delicious. The best tiramisu I’ve ever had. All is also very reasonably priced for the quality of the food, the service and the portions.

Not to mention they gave us two free additional tasting plates from the amazing chef’s creations that were very delicious.

Just a perfect dining experience with traditional food. Just go for the full tasting menu.

Good location and accessibility; excellent menu but more the service is the completion of the experience ; prices are as they should be.
Directions : if you come from Torbole , pls do not follwow Google navigator through Sano! Stick to Mori-Brentonico direction.

Maso molto bello e accogliente.
Il menù degustazione è davvero ottimo e i piatti molto curati e ben presentati. Noi abbiamo optato per due menù ridotti e ne siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti.
La materia prima è ottima e il prezzo è adeguato.
Unico neo il servizio è stato un po' lento.

Letteralmente una delle migliori cene che abbiamo avuto il piacere di provare. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione completo e non c’era un difetto. Servizio impeccabile, informale ma comunque elegante, attenti a tutto. GRAZIE di aver reso le nostre ferie ancor più speciali. ❤

Per distacco la miglior esperienza culinaria fatta in Trentino, ristorante poco distante dal monte Baldo specializzato in cucina tipica trentina.
Il menù degustazione è sicuramente un must, in caso è possibile scegliere se mangiare solo primo o secondo.
Il benvenuto con il burro d'alpeggio montato è libidine pura, il giusto anticipo alla bontà dei piatti che seguono.
Menzione speciale per l'antipasto del Maso, davvero tanta roba.
Piatti ben presentati e composti, tanta cura tanto in cucina quanto nel servizio di sala, veloce e gentile.
Non propriamente economico, ma perfetto per cene speciali, magari in coppia.

Ci siamo capitati per una pausa pranzo su suggerimento della guida Michelin. È stata una magnifica sorpresa, il servizio eccezionale con personale cortese e disponibile. Abbiamo scelto di fare il menù degustazione ridotto con antipasto, bis di secondi e dessert (prezzo onestissimo). Le portate erano deliziose e ben preparate (vedesi foto) e non ci si alza con la fame. Assolutamente da tornarci. Lo consiglierò!
