Relais Paradiso

Room was fantastic. Cheeky private jacuzzi on our terrace. A fantastic amenity to return to after a long day in the Italian sun. The food in the restaurant was incredible. Best food I had on my trip. All of the staff were friendly & helpful. The shuttle is a fantastic extra. We used the spa in their sister hotel and it was an extremely relaxing experience. A special thank you to Rita who welcomed us warmly and was good fun to speak with. I loved my time here and will be back in the future. A very special holiday made more special by all the staff at Paradiso and Raito. Thank you.

Very comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, and a great location from which to explore the Amalfi coast. The pool isn’t huge, but has spectacular views.
Vietri Sul Mare is a nice little town with a few very good restaurants. It’s much larger neighbour, Salerno, is definitely worth exploring and has the feel of somewhere that could be up-and-coming now that there’s a new airport. Not as touristy as many other towns along the coast.

I am a Tour Leader and stayed at this wonderful hotel for four nights with my group of 24 - the hotel is elegant, clean, quaint, and modern. The staff is available, fun, and goes above and beyond to satisfy any request myself and my Guests had. Nothing was too much to ask, and everything was always done with a smile. Grazie to each member of the staff for making our experience in Vietri sul Mare one to never forget!!! Hopefully, I will see you again soon!!

This Hotel was amazing. The staff was very friendly. The check in process was very smooth. Angela provided outstanding customer service and she’s very good at speaking English.
The surrounding area has beach, clubs, bars, and restaurants and tours through Amalfi Italy

This is a beautiful hotel in an exquisite location. The staff - and especially Rosario and Alessia - have been particularly helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend you stay here

We stayed in June 24 couldn't fault the place. The location is peaceful, in and amongst the trees just outside the town centre, only a short walk if you're comfortable navigating tight winding roads that are typical of the Amalfi cost. The service was unbelievable. From reception to the restaurant, pool service, the car parking man (yes there was one of them too) and the cleaning team they were all so attentive and helpful - they really made a huge difference to the stay and their advice on how to get around and book stuff on our behalf made the experience so much better. The pool area was quiet and the views just brilliant down the cliff to the beach. The local restaurants were excellent value for money, a far cry from the tourist hot spots of Sorrento, Amalfi Town and Capri...same experience and the locals were so welcoming and helpful, doing their best to speak in English. Again, making the experience so much more pleasant and welcoming. Top tip - hire a car and you'll get to see so much more although you can easily get around with the regular buses and ferries.

We had a very nice room with a great view and our service was outstanding!

We love this place. The staff have been very kind. It is a little drive away from town but the room was amazing! We stayed in a suite with a plunge pool, indoor spa and rotating bed. The view was beautiful and the restaurant lunch is really good.

Two days wonderful place very relaxing personal mouse service available and very prepared to almost question had perfect answered. we were very good and I can't wait to come back...

We spent few nights in this lovely familiar hotel and although we had some inconvenience , the hotel manager Luigi took care the situation with absolutley professional attitude, evaporating the bad mouthtaste and bad feeling and finally converted from a very unconfortable situation to a very pleasent experiencie. The cleaning of the rooms the kindness of the staff were absolutley perfect. Special thanx to Mauro and Antonio but without forget the rest of the team. Where could make better it's the breakfast , not was bad but with some effort could make much more tasty and this way increase more the value of the experiencie. Absolutley recomended!

Fabulous location with views over Vietri sul Mare, town and beach. The staff are welcoming and the service they give is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is boutique with just 22 rooms. On the top floor a beautiful garden and pool provides a lovely spot to sunbathe and relax. Very happy stay.

Nothing much to look at from the outside but beautifully elegant inside with wonderful views over the Med. Large rooms, with excellent shower plus air-jet bubble bath in the bedroom (!). Good service in and around the pool, fair breakfast. Hotel has shuttle bus to take you to and from the very nearby local town, Vietri sul Mare, but remember to book in advance or you'll have a 'fun' walk along the roadside where there is no pavement but lots of mad drivers...

We spent a week at this hotel in July 2018 and we enjoyed the very good service, excellent restaurant, and a very kind and welcoming staff throughout the facility. We highly recommend this hotel.
In addition to the quality of the hotel and the service, the location provided very good access to Salerno, and the other Amalfi Coast locations.
