After a dreadful experience with our initial booking, Amalfi Suite Boutique Hotel truly saved our trip. From the moment we arrived, the difference was night and day. The staff at Amalfi Suite were incredibly welcoming and sympathetic to our situation, ensuring we felt at home immediately.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant decor and a serene atmosphere. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel made our stay comfortable and luxurious.

Special thanks to the front desk team, who went above and beyond to accommodate us on such short notice. Their warmth and professionalism were greatly appreciated. Every interaction with the staff, from housekeeping to the concierge, was pleasant and helpful.

the staff is very dedicated, they even help when the payment doesn't work, they are innovative. they ordered flowers especially at my request and put them in the room. the hotel is very very cosy, clean, there is a whirlpool, and is right in the centre.

Booked through bookings.com said there was parking and when we got there they wanted cash also wasn’t the same price I booked with on the app. The staff were SOO rude

Very expensive. Still booked it. When our flight was cancelled, we informed that we will come one day later. I asked for refund or extension. Neither was ok for them. Then they cancelled our reservation without permission. Then they didnt give our money back. When contacted, they lied to us that they didnt cancel our reservation. When confronted, they just said that you cannot come to hotel and we dont give the money back. Customer services worked really bad, had to try really hard to get any information. Also they dont speak english very well so that was quite difficult also.
