Villa Corallium

We loved our stay at Villa Corallium for our honeymoon! It was a wonderful location- close to the pier for water taxi and boat pick ups. Rooms were extremely clean and we are so happy we had a room with a view! The front desk helped us arrange everything. Breakfast buffet was delicious. We will be coming back for sure!

Our stay at Villa Corallium was one of our favorites. Not only was the location perfect and the hotel rooms stunning (with private balcony's overlooking the ocean), the staff was warm and welcoming. Any time we needed a water taxi, the front desk called us one within minutes, and the bartender was fun and personable. Not to mention - the restaurant in the hotel was one of my favorites in the area! 100% recommend a stay here!

Excellent from the front desk. All the waiters especially Tomas . Hotel is a beautiful oasis in Priano! Beautiful pool and grounds. Our room was beautiful with private balcony. 5 stars will be back. Thanks to all staff for making this a wonderful holiday

Excellent service. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Unfortunately, it rained during our stay, so we couldn’t take advantage of the tours, but they had lots to offer. I can’t wait to come back when the weather cooperates.

Nous avons eu le bonheur de passer 1 semaine à la Villa Corallium et restons encore sous le charme de ce séjour d’exception. Bien sûr, l’emplacement confidentiel et douillet de l’hôtel, son exposition face et pleine vue mer sont des atouts incontestables pour des vacances réussies. Mais en réalité, le bonheur de la Villa repose aussi sur la qualité, le professionnalisme et la gentillesse sincère de l’ensemble des équipes.
Les responsables de la réception sont incroyablement prévenant et attentifs à tout mettre en œuvre pour vous faire passer un séjour inoubliable. Quelque soit la situation, ils trouveront toujours la solution pour anticiper, prendre en charge et solutionner votre demande. Et cette qualité de service se retrouvera tout autant avec les équipes du restaurant, très professionnelles, toujours souriantes, fières et heureuses de vous présenter et de magnifier cette belle et goûteuse cuisine italienne. Sincèrement et ce n’est pas souvent le cas dans les restaurants d’hôtels, la réalisation des plats proposés par le Chef est remarquable, étonnante, soignée, ingénieuse, aux cuissons justes et goûteuses. La carte comme la fabrication des desserts est du même haut niveau de réalisation et de gourmandise. Bref, nous conserverons longtemps dans nos mémoires cette découverte aussi merveilleuse que cette belle côte Amalfitaine. Un très grand merci à toutes les équipes !!

We pondered which town on the coast to stay in and stumbled on this hotel and am glad we did. After getting there and exploring some of the nearby towns we are glad we chose Praiano. It's more chill than Positano but the views are just as spectacular. The hotel itself was very charming. The room had a beautiful balcony view that felt like a dream every morning. The restaurant overlooking the sea was fantastic as well as the infinity pool. Would definitely go back here!

Nice view, comfortable room, but no cell service for Vodafone (what AT&T and Verizon use here) and their WiFi didn’t work. It’s a far (and dangerous) walk from town, and a minimum €40 cab to Positano. I’d recommend the water taxi for €30/couple each way, but that’s only available before sundown and should be reserved in advance. The massage was done in an area open to all hotel guests, not in private. Food and drinks were overpriced but good. We ate at the restaurant below the hotel (Il Pirata) more than the hotel due to the hotel restaurant’s limited hours. The hotel treadmill was awful (no workout facility... currently training for a marathon). Late check-out couldn’t be accommodated (no big deal), but we were told we could leave our bags at reception... I didn’t realize that they meant out in the open in the lobby (I assumed they meant locked up or behind the counter.) The glasses in the room were dirty, and when placed outside the room, the maid just brought the same glass back in. 😬 Staff demanded an additional €150/day to have a third person in a room and wanted to charge friends staying at the hotel next door €20/day to use the elevator and visit us! Staff was incredibly unaccommodating, and we are excited to leave!

Nice hotel rooms, staff police the guests in the rooms, elevator access, key cards etc. We were harassed and monitored from check in throughout our stay and were charged 150 euro/night extra for a guest that was sharing a room in the group (7 guests, 3 rooms) even though we tried to specify guest count at the time of booking. In addition, the internet stopped working every 30 minutes and then somehow miraculously would come back after a call to the desk... impossible to work. Late check out denied, 10 euro fee for missing room towels. We won’t be back. Edit: In addition, the hotel staff confronted us about this review as the group was checking out, they did not agree with the characterization, unfortunately the confrontation just reinforced the sentiment of treatment we received.
