Excellent B&B, centrally located, very clean, modern rooms set in an old building that retains some of the original elements such as a painted ceiling, stone walls, etc. Good beds. Excellent Italian style breakfast, great host.
Parking spots were always available in the street right in front of the B&B. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a double with a large balcony - absolutely beautiful and relaxing. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and so very accommodating. Located very close to the town square and the main shopping street. Room was well-appointed and efficient. Lots of pastries and fresh fruits to accompany your morning coffee. Our host suggested an amazing restaurant for our one night in town. A lovely place to stay. (Remember to confirm your arrival details beforehand so they can meet you 😀)

Nice place and very friendly . You must arrange the time of arrival for the owner to meet you and let you in. Breakfast area opens in the morning but we had a early flight so they left it open for us. We had the double rooms upstairs with the balcony and pool. Really nice and clean and I loved the decorations. The room has motion sensors so ac will turn off when you leave but it cooled down pretty quick each time we returned. The Main Street is a couple of streets away and full of shops. The owner has a restaurant about 15 minute walk away. Great food . Will

I don’t know where to start, the best b&b I have ever stayed in, Andrea and his beautiful family and wife were so accommodating and prompt to respond to our inquiries, the room is so beautiful, with amazing mountain views, close walking distance to some of the best restaurants in town, absolutely stunning, the bed, the room were so comfortable and clean, the breakfast is excellent with the choice to eat on the terrace in your own room or down in the luxurious breakfast room, if you have a chance to stay in the room they have with a pool, you will never regret it, with every penny, I’m so glad we chose settegrana for our stay, it was the best decision, if your in town and need a place to stay, no better place than settegrana, thank you for an excellent stay

very nice and clean room with very comfortable bed and superb bathroom with huge shower, very friendly staff, quiet location in Cinisi, near to Palermo airport and not far from the nice Cinisi beach. Very recommended hotel.

Siamo stati 3 giorni in questo B&B scoperto per caso. Cercavamo un posto vicino all’aeroporto e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Abbiamo affittato 3 stanze su 4 , quindi era quasi tutto per la mia famiglia. Camere grandi e pulite, bagni comodissimi, letti super. In ogni stanza disponibile colazione ma a completamento della colazione si può usufruire della cucina. Arredamento super, ambienti ristrutturati di recente. Parcheggio in strada. Proprietari disponibili e gentili. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Maravilloso bed and breakfast donde la atención super personal de su dueña es lo mejor.
Nos ha escrito desde antes de llegar dando indicaciones sobre cómo llegar y aparcar además de recomendaciones sobre playas y lugares que visitar.
Teníamos a un miembro del grupo enfermo y se preocupó en todo momento por su bienestar y nos llamó incluso a un médico.
Detalle grande tener al llegar una bandeja con comida (zumos, bollos, yogurt....).
La habitación super cómoda y con la piscina pequeña pero maravillosa. La terraza estaba súper cómoda y acogedora
El mejor sitio en el que hemos estado en Sicilia y la mejor anfitriona.
Tened en cuenta que hay escaleras pero hay una habitación en la planta baja.

Maravillosa estancia. Nos hospedamos 4 en la habitación superior con piscina, un acierto total. Limpieza, la señora siempre atenta y pendiente de nosotros. Sitio para aparcar delante de la puerta. Una auténtica maravilla.

Cogimos 1 habitación para 3 personas. Tenía una habitación separada sin ventanas ni aire, y nos asustamos. Pero el aire de la habitación central llegaba de sobra. Precioso y sobre todo la atención de la anfitriona, nos trató con cariño, nos ayudó sobre médicos, nos trajo el desayuno que queríamos, nos recomendó excursiones, EXPECTACULAR.

Salve a tutti, noi abbiamo pernottato 5 giorni nella struttura Settegrana e devo dire che una accoglienza così l’abbiamo vissuta raramente. Servizio e accoglienza del gestore e del personale veramente fuori dal normale, gentilissimi e soprattutto a disposizione per ogni necessità. Abbiamo fatto un cambio stanze senza problemi e oltretutto la domenica mattina siamo stati sorpresi con un vassoio di dolci tipici siciliani. Noi ringraziamo tutto lo staff e ci rivedremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo. 5 stelle non bastano per dire grazie e valutare la struttura, un B & B pulito, moderno, alquanto centrale per quanto riguardi i piccoli acquisti di tutti i giorni, prezzi accessibili per tutti, a presto!!! La famiglia Niti 😘

B&B , ottimo, camere pulite, letto comodo,la proprietaria molto gentile... prezzi veramente economici, cosa molto importante, è veramente vicino all'aeroporto di Palermo....il motivo per cui lo abbiamo scelto...

Accueil de l hôte très sympathique,chambre moderne parfaitement équipée dans 1 vieille maison vieille de 200ans à 10mn de l aéroport de Palerme dans le charmant petit village de Cinisi. Plateau de courtoisie dans la chambre bouteille d eau offerte le matin du départ...que du plus merci !
