Dolom'eats all'Aquila

The interior as well as the exterior of this restaurant were both quite pleasing to me. After all, it creates a warm and cozy winter atmosphere.

The staff was very friendly, and one of them even recommended some wine to me, which turned out to be quite good. I know that this appeared to be a bit more luxurious than the typical ones, therefore, the prices on the menu are higher than I expected, and the quantities were lower than the price ratio. At the same time, we were seated a little bit too close to another table, which is something that I do not feel particularly comfortable with. In order to have a more pleasant dining experience, I believed that there should have been a little bit more distance between the tables. In general, the lunch was delicious; however, the cost for a village is pretty high.

However, the interior and the pleasant winter atmosphere make me still suggest that you guys visit this place.

Delicious homemade pasta. My husband ordered the risotto, and it was exquisite. We will return tomorrow because we want to try more dishes from the menu.

Thoroughly recommended, high quality ingredients, authentic food, relaxed atmosphere, and gentle calm service. The sharing plate, slow cooked beef cheeks, cottaletto di vitello, and anti pasta were beautiful

The only reason we have a 4☆ for atmosphere was we visited on a Saturday, changeover day at the resort, so it was quieter than normal.

Btw, do book well in advance.

We have a great quick meal at Dolom'eats! We walked in and didn't have a reservation but they still accommodated us. Very professional, smooth and English friendly. I had the beef cheeks - so tender and delicious and finished with the Tiramisu and paired sweet wine. All very tasty and I would definitely come back again!!

Some of the best meals we’ve had in Italy were from this restaurant. Every dish we’ve tried here were outstanding.
The service staff were attentive, knowledgeable and incredibly warm. A big thank you to Conrad & Alessia for the amazing hospitality and making my partner & I feel at home!

I strongly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area and do come early as it gets packed during dinner.

Amazing food! Really is quite a find and the prices seemed very fair for the quality and quantity. They have a nice recommended wine-pairing menu that was very effective and appreciated. Definitely want to come back to try the other dishes. The service staff were also very efficient and caring.

We got the local menu of 3 courses. Straight forward honest and tasty food. Service was great (even though we spoke no Italian) and they us feel comfortable.

Beetroot ravioli and ragu pastas, and barley soup are the highlights for us.

Stopped in on the off chance during an overnight stay in Cortina. All 3 had the set menu and the food was fantastic, seemed very local ingredients the mushrooms in particular were amazing.
We shared a few bottles of wine one as a recommendation and suited perfectly, the waiter was friendly and informed.
Loved the Sardinian red he suggested.

One of the best meals we had here in Cortina. Dishes are homely and very filling. We ordered the steak, pork shank, spaghetti with fish toro and tagliatelle veal ragu. All of them were delicious. Prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes. They serve lovely Amarone by the glass starting from around €10.

This is a great place for a relaxed dining experience with an Italian ambience. They easily accommodated our group of ten, and tried hard to meet any dietary requirements. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Each dish arrived when it was ready which fun chaotic element to the experience.

I ate here at least 4 times for dinner. Great friendly service, the owner ( I don’t know his name) super friendly and helpful. Good always on point and good. I had Hugo spritz many times, schnitzel, Irish beef, fries, salad, apple pancake, and spaghetti carbonara.

All awesome!!! Totally recomendable and it was always full so you know people come back.

Amazing food in the heart of Cortina d'Ampezzo that doesn't break the bank.

The risotto was a real surprise, in blueberry and cream base, such an inventive dish that departs from the usual ingredients.

The spaghetti with anchovies, olives, tomatoes and pistachios was also a very delicious dish; fantastic combination of ingredients.

Service was excellent; very warm and friendly, personable staff.

I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent choice if you would like to taste some of the traditional food in style! Personnel is super atentive and knowledgeable, so it is not difficult to choose meals from the daily menu. Portions are big and tasty, selection of wines tempting. I had one of the best dinners in Cortina! It is really woth too come at least once.

Language will never do a meal like this justice. These flavours pulled me into a ravenous presence that I have never before experienced. How will I ever eat strawberry risotto, strudel or weiner schnitzel again? I’ll tell you how, with a sharp pang of bittersweet nostalgia for a meal that was over in a second yet felt like a lifetime. The only thing better than the food here is the staff! Talk about a bunch of people who clearly enjoy their work. I highly recommend coming to eat here during your stay in Cortina!

Delicious food, friendly staff, glass of wine for 4€, daily special tomahawk steak for two with sides for 65€ was delicious! Ok prizes (medium) given it is in the center and opens at 5:30pm while others way later for dinner!

Beautiful place with beautiful food. Cortina has a lot of food options but this one really stands out for its typical Ladin foods. Really lovely and fresh produce, if you’re looking for a good hearty meal, this is the spot!

After trying other restaurants in Cortina d’Ampezzo, we returned to Dolom’eats for several times as the food is very good and the atmosphere is it warm and welcoming.
The food portions are big and the wine list is diverse, I recommend this restaurant!
