Exzellente Küche! Aber nichts für den großen Hunger! Trotz Vorspeise, Hauptspeise und Nachspeise, sind wir nur gerade so satt geworden. Ohne das Brot als Beilage hätten wir wohl eine 2. Hauptspeise bestellen müssen. Insgesamt hat es aber fantastisch geschmeckt, die kreativen Kreationen haben uns gut gefallen und insgesamt waren alle Angestellten sehr aufmerksam. Die Weinauswahl war exzellent.

Perfektes Essen, super Wein, freundlicher Service und toller Ausblick. Herz was willst Du mehr.

Super Aussicht und Essen, gute Bedienung und wir hatten einen sehr schönen ersten Abend.

Qualitativ hochwertiges, zum Hotel Hotel Il Castelfalfi gehörendes Restaurant mit ausserordentlich guter Bedienung. Auch der Küchenmannschaft gebührt höchstes Lob. Die Aussicht von der Terasse ist gerade abends zum Zeitpunkt des Sonneuntergangs grandios.

Cadre exceptionnel dominant la campagne Toscane. Hôtel luxueux conforme aux attentes d un 5 étoiles. Ambiance reposante au cœur de la nature. Équipements impeccables avec de belles installations : piscines transats salle de sport ... Personnel aux petits soins et très agréable. La terrasse du restaurant offre une vue magnifique. La cuisine est gastronomique et non conventionnelle digne d un étoilé français.

Het restaurant had heerlijk eten en het personeel was super vriendelijk en helpvol, wij hadden allemaal iets buiten de kaart besteld en we konden het krijgen. Overigens was het ijs dat ze hadden het beste wat ik ooit op heb! Top restaurant!

Castelfalfi Hotel had an opportunity to make this one of the greatest places to eat in Tuscany. The views are breath taking, but sadly the dinner fell well below expectations. The prices and menu suggest this is fine dining.
First off, we got seated and served drinks and given menus for food. The waiter didn't return to our table to take our orders for 45 minutes.
Once the food arrived, the Tuna dish was poorly thought through and the result was a dry piece of meat with a few peas. The other dish, was a meat Rivoli. Better actually but arrived almost cold. Upon clearing plates we were asked if everything was ok to which we replied so/so.

Nothing was escalated, the waiter bought us our bill hurriedly asked us to sign it without any feedback request. 126 Euros later we left feeling disappointed. I hope this feedback goes to good use. Management need to shake this place up to reflect the outstanding quality in the rest of the hotel.

Service was very good and the view from the terrace is amazing. Unfortunately although waiters try hard, the food quality is far away from expectations. We had the three course meal and only the dessert was acceptable. Compared to all other restaurants at Castelfalfi this one disappoints.

Extremely slow service for less than OK food. Arrived for our 8PM reservation, with nobody giving us a menu for 20 minutes. Asked 3 times for water, food and everything had to be repeated to multiple different staff. First appetizer came out 9.15PM which is very late for an 8PM reservation. We waited till 9.35 for the pasta course, complained to multiples staff and eventually left without continuing our meal. Not an enjoyable experience and the staff did nothing to remedy our frustration. We did have the shrimps and scallops appetizer which were subpar and definitely not worth waiting 1.5 hours for.

The dinner was very bad. Disappointing since the hotel is wonderful, the facilities and the staff are great
