Hotel Caesar Palace

A beautiful hotel with an even more beautiful pool. The superior triple room was spacious and extremely clean. Since we arrived very late in the evening, the hotel staff welcomed us with dinner in the room. At the pool, the staff was very entertaining and friendly. If you are not going to the town in the evening, the hotel has enough entertainment for everyone: cabaret, quizzes, dance competitions, live music... The choice of food was rich. If you want to go to the beach, the transfer is organized (it goes back and forth every 15 minutes). I strongly recommend this hotel if you intend to visit Sicily.

The reason I am giving this hotel five stars is because the staff are absolutely amazing! Sadly I had an accident on the first day of arrival, (be careful getting out of the shower, the floors are like ice rinks when they’re wet and the bath mat went flying with me on it). We couldn’t afford to fly home early so we are waiting until it’s time to fly home. Until yesterday I was unable to stand to go anywhere. The staff were amazing, they organised a wheelchair and crutches, so I was able to get down for meals. They reserve a table for us near the buffet every day, so that my partner doesn’t have to go to far to get food for me. They help carry food and drink up to my room when I’m not feeling up to coming downstairs, and they’re so good with babies and children. The pool is lovely and a good size. I managed to hobble into it yesterday and today and I think that it’s helping me heal a little. There’s a pharmacy and supermarket five mins up the road, to get snacks, nappies, baby milk, baby food, and so on. There’s also a little Chinese store that sells inflatables for the pool. There are buses every ten minutes except for an hour at half two in the afternoon for a break. The hotel is clean as is the restaurant, and there’s a good range of food, (I usually have pasta though, because it’s delicious). The decor is fitting for the area, it reminds me of my Nan’s bedroom when I was little, not in a bad way it’s just that kind of dated style. The rooms are huge! Throughout our stay we moved from our original room to a temporary room. The original room had steps to get there and I couldn’t walk to it, but they swapped us straight away with no issues. The day after we moved to the room we are currently in and it feels very homely. Only two of the channels are in English but I’m not a huge TV watcher, so that didn’t bother me, it’s easy enough to put a film up on your laptop or whatever. There are sliding doors with a metal surround, but there are no balconies. There’s food available pretty much all day, as there’s usually croissants and brioche in the lounge. It’s all inclusive so you can help yourself to drinks, but for a machine crafted coffee, their lattes are amazing! A couple of those with a croissant is a great pic you up in between meals. There’s always staff available to help you everywhere you go, and honestly, they’re so friendly and helpful that it makes even my sad predicament feel okay.

Wonderful experience at this hotel. Busses direct right at front of the hotel takes you right into Taormina and Giardini Naxos. Staff were friendly, super hospitable. Rooms were cleaned daily and food was great. Great outdoor atmosphere as well.

A good location near shops ,superb rooms ,a huge swimming pool . The restaurant is buffet service but a great variety of food plus a different roast every day . Staff are friendly and helpful

lovely hotel would go back in a heart beat. location is perfect, all staff really great, very clean! yes a bit dated and if you like a spirit you cant get until after 6pm on all inclusive but the ale is Moretti on tap all day long. we ate out every night as it was cheap enough and plenty of places to go, local bus to the town and sites etc, if we ever return we would stay here 100%

Just got back from my week long stay here .
It was a great place to stay , lovely rooms overlooking the fantastic pool and Etna.
Staff were really great , especially Paulo on bar and Sofia on reception 👏 as well as all the restaurant staff and cleaners .
Free bus laid on to local resort and great bus kaid on to Taurmina for only 1.90 Euros each way otherwise a very hilly long walk 🚶‍♂
I would go back here again , no hesitation.

Really nice hotel. We stayed all-inclusive, which was lovely. The staff were fantastic, especially Caterina and Paulo in the bar area. This is a very family-friendly hotel.

Lovely hotel, every staff member was excellent throughout. Only downside I would say is the all inclusive drinks options are limited but as we aren’t big drinkers it didn’t bother us. Would highly recommend!

I like this hotel. We stayed 5 nights. We get a nice room with a big and perfect balcony. The shuttle bus to the beach is good and fast. The hotel is 15 minute from Recanati bus stop. The staff is friendly and help you with all. The breakfast is good with fruits and vegetables and also vegan milk. We take also the diner in the hotel 2 nights and was also good and a lot( especially wensday evening was a sea food theme). The pool is big and nice. The room was clean every day perfectly. You must pay a club tax around 5 euro per person but I think is ok, you get the bed and the umbrela on the beach and the shuttle bus. I will come returne here.

Staff ist very kind and helpful, the buffet offers best italian kitchen with a rich choice, the rooms are not new but clean and in good condition.

Very welcoming. Clean safe hotel. Good service. Helpful personnel. Quite place away from city clamour. Reachable by public transport. Bus stage in front giving commodity to reach other towns and tourist areas cheaply by public transport. Shuttle bus service to nearby giardini Naxos beach. A very good sized hotel pool with music and life guard pool attendant. Good food. Spacious rooms and a good reception service.

Yet again a wonderful stay,this was our third time at this hotel last time wasin 2014 nice to see familiar faces especially Paulo,and Catarina,all the staff exceptional, I did send an email prior hoping to get the same roombut sadly it mustn't have got through but still had amazing holiday, please note don't forget you have to pay tourist tax

Such a Beautiful hotel and the beach is a 5 minute journey away! Service here is fantastic

We had a week here as a family of four with teens. We all loved it. Room very spacious, view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool was huge and clean and always sun beds available. The food was lovely, especially the evening meals, and the all inclusive bars served named brand drinks, a real bonus. Birra Moretti on tap, perfect!
Only comment I’d make is the unnecessary entertainment. People are happy to relax by the pool and bar but there were daily strange dance routines, staff singing and loud pop music which was really quite annoying in the peaceful setting - the kids didn’t enjoy it and nor did the adults. Really not needed, especially at night when it was quite noisy if you had a room at the rear of the hotel and there was a ‘show’ in the kids club.
However, saying this, it wouldn’t put me off coming again, the holiday was great. The free shuttle bus to the town and beach was so handy, and there are a few small shops and a supermarket very close by.
There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel and we took a trip to beautiful Taormina, highly recommend. Tickets available from reception, who were very helpful throughout the stay, in fact all of the staff were very good.

Just returned after having the most wonderful holiday at the Caesar Palace Hotel. Almost don't want to share this adorable place and want to keep it all to myself but what made it so great was the lovely friendly staff who were only too happy to help and give you their best attention.
Food and restaurant staff very good too only wish id stayed longer. going back soon.
