Archi dell'Alcantara Farm Stay B&B

Our stay with Barb and Ken was absolutely magical. From the warmth and hospitality of the host themselves to the breathtaking beauty of the farm to the delicious breakfasts we were provided to get our days started, we felt like family. We enjoyed hearing Barb and Ken's story of becoming Italian citizens and opening their farm stay. Such an amazing story! We shared many laughs, and their advice regarding the nearby sites proved to be very valuable! Each room was not only super clean, but also decorated beautifully, with comfortable beds and all the amenities. If I could give six stars, I would!!

I had no idea what a farm stay B&B would actually be like -- but my husband and I loved Archi dell'Alcantara. Gorgeous property and charming US expat hosts. We enjoyed feeding the donkeys, eating fresh eggs from the chickens, wandering among the orange and lemon trees and picking our own fruit! My husband and I stayed in the off-season, but even so we enjoyed a lovely evening around the fire pit on the rooftop terrace doing a bit of stargazing. We've already recommended the B&B to friends and family, and are already planning for a return trip.

Gorgeous, cosy and peaceful farm with many cute animals. Great position on the eastern coast - beach, grocery store, Taormina, Catania, Messina, nature park, airport - everything close. The hosts Barbie and Ken are very friendly, helpful and welcome you with an open heart. Upon request they can even offer you unique local experience like pasta making workshop, collecting oranges or feeding animals. I stayed in the Margherita room - very comfortable, fully equipped, attention to details, breathtaking view of Etna. Been here twice and already looking forward to another visit!

We really had the best time at the farm! It’s a nice house with a beautiful garden and lots of friendly animals. Barbara and Kenneth are really nice hosts and can also give a lot of advice on the region and how to get around. The beach and the towns Taormina and Giardini Naxos are not far, but you need a car or scooter to get there. All in all a beautiful and also very calm place, great for relaxing but also exploring the area. Would definitely recommend!
