Terre di Himera Sicily charming agriturismo near Cefalù

This place is amazing. It was easily the best place we stayed in Sicily. Our room was very large and beautifully decorated. Views of the surrounding area are fantastic. The entire property is very peaceful and relaxing. The best part of the stay was the amazing hospitality of the hotel owners. I feel terrible that I can't remember their names! The meals we had were fantastic and I'm still thinking about some of the dishes. If you're in Sicily, do yourself a favor and stay her for at least a couple of nights. You won't regret it!

Wow! We absolutely love this place. We have stayed here twice in 5 years and will definitely keep coming back. This agriturismo is just perfect. Maria and Fabrizio are the owners and they do a 5 star breakfast which is included. They will even do dinner at your request for an extra charge and well with it! Just ask in the morning so that they know how many people are coming. Everything they use is excellent quality and all organic. The rooms are super nice and clean and have everything you need. The views are beautiful and you can see the ocean. I highly recommend this place! It's a hidden gem.

What a delight to find up in the hills above Cefalu! We loved our stay, make sure you book in for dinner - it was superb, I loved watching the bread being baked outside in the oven! As for breakfasts! All home made or local products and what an array! Fabrizio and Maria have created a very special place! Their sightseeing recommendations were fantastic- thank you both!

I have stayed at so many hotels and B & B in Italy..and not ONE has come close to the wonderful experience with Maria and Fabrizio!! We came as tourists and left as family. Nothing could have been any better... Everything was perfect!

Fabrizio and Maria have created an island of well-being that invites you to relax. And culinary they spoil you with an exceptional and varied breakfast. Fabrizio explains every morning the individual delicacies on the buffet.
Dinner is definitely not to be missed. Thank you both for the wonderful days at your place.

I came with my family of 18 for dinner. Maria and Fabrizio could not of been more accommodating and welcoming. This was by far the best meal of our entire trip, and possibly my best meal I’ve ever had in Italy. Great food, people, and environment. If you are in the Cefalú area this is a must. Hoping to be able to stay at the farm next time I come to Sicily!

Beautiful agriturismo with charming rooms and a beautiful view of the surrounding valley. Proprietor was one of the nicest people we met in Sicily, and there is a great dinner and breakfast offered there too

The most fantastic place in Sicily. A beautiful Sicilian farm house located outside of Cefalu. Between olive and almond trees, pears, artichokes etc. The rooms are spacious, private and decorated in typical Italien/sicilian style. We really enjoyed sitting in the garden, watching the sunset with nature all around us. The dinner and wine was spectacular, everything is organic and local. A lovely breakfast with everything we needed. The hosts are very warm, welcoming and approachable and speak english very well. Parking was free.
We would recommend everyone to stay here for one or more nights as it was our favourite place during our whole sicily vacation. Just fantastic!

We arrived at the pastoral place that is surrounded by vegetation, fruit trees, a simple paradise with a view of gorgeous mountains, everything was stunning and even the dinner was perfect, typical Sicilian, and breakfast, all made by the hostess, was really stunning

Lovely farmstay. Rooms are basic, very pretty. Hosts are great. Food is aamaaaaazzing!
Only one free plug receptacle. WiFi spotty but enjoy the view!
Try to arrive in daylight as your first trek up the hill can be a challenge.

Peaceful beautiful setting on a hill surrounded olive trees, fields of seasonal produce and mountains. Maria is such a wonderful host and goes out of her way to provide top hospitality and showcase the local, seasonal and traditional food. The multi course dinner and breakfasts were so fresh and delicious. Rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds. Would definitely go back.

Fantastic agriturismo. Maria makes the most fabulous dinners from home grown and local ingredients. Rooms are large, rustic and comfortable. Hosts are wonderful.

A great out of the way Sicily inn..Our first Agriturismo and boy did we pick the right one.

Eat dinner there full board. You will not find better cooking anywhere. It is out of the way, but fun.

We are a young couple with a baby girl of 16 months, we stayed for 2 nights at Terre di Himera. Fabrizio and Maria were extremely welcoming, serving delicious diners, wines and a luxurious breakfast table with local products from the Sicilian Countryside. We received a comfortable baby cot for the room and the whole accommodation is beatifully kept and has all the comforts you need for a relaxed stay in the countryside. We would highly recommend! 🙂

Terre di Himera is absolutely incredible! We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely agriturismo. Maria and Fabrizio were very welcoming and kind. They truly cater to their guests. This is a prime location near popular destinations such as Palermo, Cefalu, and archaeological site. It was just the amount of relaxation and authenticity that we needed for our first few days in Sicily. Terre di Himera has unmatched serenity. The landscape is awe-inspiring. We were able to travel for parts of the day and return for pure relaxation. We enjoyed our time outside on the grounds drinking wine and reading our books. The rooms are beautiful and clean. And the food... we are still dreaming about how delicious it was. Breakfast was impeccable and came with a lovely description of each part of the meal. This Sicilian farmhouse practices sustainability and uses local goods. Maria and Fabrizio have a passion for what they do and it reflects in all aspects of Terre di Himera.

Wonderful rural retreat, conveniently located on the northern coast for trips either way. Wonderful food every morning and make sure to make dinner reservations as Frabrizio and Maria make an amazing dinner.

Quiet country location with excellent service, comfortable rooms and top notch cuisine.
