I had a great experience with Sicily by Car. The process for picking up the car at Pisa Airport was quick and easy. When I brought the car back I did not have to go back into the office, I dropped the car off next to the kiosk in the parking lot, and an attendant greeted me right away, checked out the car, and I was on my way in about a minute. The car was a Fiat 500X, which was in great condition, and just the right size for the tight parking spots in Italy. We drove to Florence, Sienna, Pisa and many locations in the countryside, and the car was always a pleasure. Thanks for a great experience.

Everyone was so nice and fun, Gabriel and renalda as well. It was easy, quick to pick up and drop off! When I come back to Italy I will choose Sicily again!

Highly recommend this company, I did my research as I know car hire in Europe is a minefield. Discover Cars aka Sicily by Car came up at a very competitive price and having perused the reviews carefully we chose them. Collection, no queue, pleasant staff, sign form - boom, we're off on our adventure. Return, turned up, member of staff with lovely smile greeted us, checked the car and boom - we're off home. Excellent service, thanks you - no hesitation to use them again, will definitely be my first choice.

I would definitely recommend and use again. Two very efficient ladies working on the desk when we collected our car. There was none of the usual nonsense trying to sell you extra stuff. We had full insurance already and there was no hard sale to buy theirs. The car was excellent.

Great customer service. Sicily by Car is now my go to rental company! Have always found their airport reps to be extremely helpful and well organized. When another car rental company denied me my online reservation due to an error on their part, they found me a great rental at the last minute.

Great and quick service. With online documentation uploaded receiving the car goes quick. Their website clearly states to bring a credit card in the name of the driver, if you do so, no problems at all. Secondly their fee for full insurance coverage is very reasonble priced compared the bigger rental companies, paid 126 euro for a week, to only block a 200 euro deposit which was cleared the same day upon bringing back the car. I would recommend this company for sure.

I would like to thank the team in Pisa for a superb experience. The check out was super friendly and thorough with it. The hybrid fiat panda was perfect for driving through the hills of tuscany and in perfect condition. And the check in after 2 weeks was quick and again super friendly. You read about car hire nightmares, and to be honest I was a little wary. Sicily by car however was very easy, and the company should be proud of their team at Pisa airport. We'll be using them again.

I often rent cars in Italy and I find that you take a big risk going with the cheapest options [for example Gold car, so bad it is less painful to pull your own teeth out one by one!] That said "Sicily By Car" were not expensive {£400.00 for a month] , the women behind the desk extremely polite and professional, the car was clean , newish and fuel full to the brim. When I returned the car, the attendant was polite, quick and friendly, even pointing out that I bought the car back a day early [my error, but at least I made my flight!]. That's want you want from a car hire firm, no fuss, you pay your money and get a car!
I am going back in a few weeks and will see what they can do for me in February.

Booked Fiat 500C, received Fiat 500C. No issues on collection or return. The car was new - 15000km with no damages. I had a full insurance, so only €200 fuel deposit was required on credit card. Refunded immediately.

Very straightforward company to deal with, booking was easy as was collection from Pisa Airport. The vehicle ran smoothly and drop off was simple. I would certainly book again with Sicily by Car.
