The place is nicely located, directly at the harbor of Trapani and close to the historic city center.
The Apartment is cozy and clean and has everything you need for your stay. There is a shared Kitchen and Bathroom, both in nice conditions and a super nice roof terrace with a great view.
The owner is super helpful, always accessible and cares a lot about his guests.
I would definitely come back for my next stay 😊

The host was really kind, the room was clean, everything was perfect. Position couldn't be better. The chance to go to the terrace on the top of the building made my breakfast in Trapani very suggestive. Definitely recommended.

I spent 5 winter (non-tourist) months in this apartment on very favorable economic conditions. So I have no objections. The location is great. The apartment is clean and atmospheric. The owner is a reliable and nice dude, what to demand more?

There are no luxuries, but there is everything you need to live for both long and short stay and a bit more. There is a terrace on the top with a beautiful panorama of the port and the egadi islands. I love the place for ever

The apartment is located in an ideal neighborhood - close to the town main square, nice beach and quite close to the train station. The apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare an Italian dinner, not to mention the roof terrace with a wonderful night view of the marina 😍 The owner is super friendly, helpful and knows Trapani inside out, so don't hesitate to ask him for advice on where to eat or where to go to see the sunset 😌 If I visit Trapani again, I will definitely choose to stay in this apartment ✌

Paolo was very kind. He solved our problems and requests. We spent 2 months in room with view on harbour, it was Great. I can recomend it to everyone who want to spend Good Time in nice, goodprice place. Quality of room, and flat comparing with Price is really high. Room was clean.

Paolo è un Host gentile,premuroso e sempre pronto a risolvere ogni inconveniente.
Risponde sempre a qualsiasi orario.
Le stanze sono sempre molto pulite come gli spazi in comune.
Per una permemanenza breve ma confortevole in cui soggiornare nel centro della città consiglio a tutti gli onesti viaggiatori questo luogo.

location perfetta, praticamente di fronte al porto dove partono gli aliscafi e i traghetti per le isole egadi e nel pieno centro storico della città di Trapani.
Camera veramente carina, una cucina abbastanza attrezzata e un fantastico terrazzino dove godersi un aperitivo casalingo al tramonto

Ho avuto la possibilità dì soggiornare più volte presso questa struttura. Mi sono trovato bene e a mio agio, la possibilità dì avere a disposizione un bagno ad uso esclusivo è impagabile. La pulizia è sempre stata impeccabile e le stanze sono ben insonorizzate. Il titolare è gentile e sempre disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente. Assolutamente consigliata

super Lage, direkt am Hafen von Trapani und nur 10 minuten ins Stadtzentrum, die Zimmer sind sehr schön und wir hatten sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Kühlschrank und Esstisch und die Dachterasse ist ein Traum und perfekt dort ein selbstgekochtes Abendessen zu genießen.

il proprietario Paolo molto alla mano e simpatico, stanze pulite, non manca nulla, e posizione dell'appartamento bellissima (vicinissimo al centro storico), si hanno cucina e bagno in comune e c'è un terrazzo in cima con una bellissima vista del porto e delle isole Egadi.
l'unica scomodità sono i 3 piani a piedi

Ci siamo fermati un paio di notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene per l'accoglienza del proprietario,la location . Ambiente pulito e funzionale. consigliatissimo.

Il nome deriva dal fatto che le camere sono ricavate in un appartamento con piccola cucina in comune. Abbiamo usato la stanza per solo una notte. Ottima visuale. Pulitissima con aria condizionata. Attenzione: alloggio al quarto piano senza ascensore e con scale piccole. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto, con estrema gentilezza, ci ha aiutato a portare le valigie in camera.
