I curtigghiari Risto Loungebar

Very nice people, beautiful setting and excellent food. I think it’s the best restaurant in Pachino. Lunch is 12:30-2:30 and it reopens at 5:30 (or whenever the owners show up in the evening).

Cosy place, friendly staffs, delicious dishes. We went for a fresco aperitivo but the menu made us hungry....frittura di mare, insalata di polpo and surprisingly panini so far from traditional panini. The furniture and accessories bring you memories of happy childhood. The courtyard has high maintenance, and waiting as always for kids and curtigghiari. Bravi.

Great food ! I had the Carbonara, and while there could have been more tuna in there it was still good. Super cute outdoor dining area surrounded by plants. Very nice.

We had a fab dinner here. Great menu with pizza, pasta, meats, fish and anti pasta. Mains were between €10 - €20. Would highly recommend. Staff were lovely! (We had drinks in the square beforehand. )

When passing through Pachino on the way to remoter parts, a friend wanted to take me out to dinner, she consulted her Pachinese friends for suggestions, and i curtigghiari (Sicilian for 'the gossipers') was suggested.

Make no mistake, 5 stars all day long.

We were greeted at the door in a friendly manner and several tables were proposed, including on the upstairs terrace, which we picked.

The service is personal, swift, and excellent. Drinks were ordered and swiftly provided. The menu is small but good. My pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, and more importantly, delicious.

We skipped cocktails and desserts. But the next time I'm passing through, I'm gonna stay the night and work my way through the menu.

Absolutely worth the trip from Marzamemi, where the meals cost more for worse quality.

Nice restaurant: it was a hot summer evening, so being able to eat on the upstairs balcony was a bonus. Very good wine list, try the wines from local producer Barone Sergio (who, by the way, has a shop across the square from the restaurant). Good service, reasonable prices. Hamburger was great as were the desserts.

A pretty discovery outside the madness of Marzamemi--- if you are looking for an authentic food experience outside the touristic and overcrowded neighbor Marzamemi---, stop here, have their ravioli with Cernia Fish in Orange sauce or their fresh meatball or fried fish. Very kind and gentle waiters (all young guys that knows their job). Would definitely go there again.

Really enjoyed this place. The food was great, but besides that, every detail of the decor made the whole experience truly memorable!

Avoiding the touristy areas we found this gem, sadly I had eaten too many snacks from the Aperitivo bar we visited before this and could not eat a big meal, but between four friends we tried different things!

Un posticino davvero incantevole in ogni suo angolo, sono stata a cena con mia cugina e ci siamo sentite proiettate indietro nel tempo. Tovaglie ricamate, all'uncinetto, come quelle della nonna, specchi antichi. La terrazza e il giardino tra piante e luci rendono l'ambiente romantico e sereno. Al suo interno, oggetti che ti fanno tornare bambina. Lo staff e il titolare, persone speciali, gentili e competenti. Il cibo? sapori del territorio. Insomma, peccato non essere di Pachino, sarebbe il mio posto preferito dove rifugiarmi.

Provato questo ristorante con la mia famiglia (2 figli di 6 e 10 anni) all'inizio della nostra vacanza nella zona, ci siamo tornati pochi giorni dopo.
Cibo eccellente in un'atmosfera molto soft, un po' casa della nonna, con pizzi e merletti, ma molto rilassante (eravamo nel cortile esterno, ma c'è anche una sala interna molto particolare, con soffitto con archi in muratura meravigliosi).
Abbiamo provato vari piatti, tutti eccellenti e freschissimi come da foto; abbiamo amato particolarmente la loro caponata di pesce spada e il fritto misto (fantastico!).
Servizio cortese e veloce, camerieri gentili e simpatici.
I prezzi non sono bassi, ma d'altronde è un ristorante di pesce.

Piacevolissima scoperta per un pranzo improvvisato.
Il locale ricavato da un vecchio magazzino è stato ristrutturato con grande cura. Noi abbiamo pranzato nel cortile esterno in stile Maltese con i suoi antichi archi accompagnati da una bellissima e rilassante musica di sottofondo mentre la gentilissima Alessia ci ha consigliato il loro tagliere per antipasto a la strepitosa pasta tipica: a zita'i r'Aula ( trofie con ciliegino, mandorle tostate, uva sultanina e mentuccia). Veramente divina.
Il cortile bellissimo, la guida di Alessia ed i sapori tipici ce li porteremo sempre nella memoria.

Una piacevolissima scoperta.Ambiente vintage e molto curato. Abbiamo cenato nel cortile sotto il pergolato di vite americana. Il locale ha un ampio spazio al chiuso,un bellissimo cortile ed una terrazza. Personale gentilissimo, preparato, presente senza essere invadente. La grigliata di pesce e gli spaghetti alle vongole, bottarga e lime ci hanno molto soddisfatti. Cheesecake al pistacchio entusiasmante. La marmellata di pomodoro è squisita.

Dopo aver valutato diversi ristoranti della zona, abbiamo pranzato presso questo locale per il giorno del mio compleanno. Ci ha accolto un ragazzo molto gentile, educato e preparato, che ha riservato per noi un trattamento davvero impeccabile! L’ambiente è molto bello e curato in ogni particolare. La qualità e la bontà delle pietanze assaggiate è veramente eccellente! Un’esperienza da ripetere se torneremo in zona, ma sicuramente da consigliare a chiunque volesse mangiare bene in un luogo davvero suggestivo.

Bellissimo locale. Stile vintage in un cortile antico con possibilità di una saletta interna ed una terrazza.
Ho mangiato una pinsa calabrisella veramente piccante come erano anni che non ne mangiavo una.
Annaffiato con una bella birra dello stretto.
Prezzi nella norma (15€ a persona).
Consigliato.
