Great hotel. Nice and helpfull staff. Clean and big room. Wonderfull view, swimming pool and brekfast. We will come back!

Wonderful stay in 2019. The owners and staff were very kind and helpful. We got lots of great tips for sightseeing and for our full day at Gardaland. The room was big and clean with AC and a balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. Private parking space. Free wi-fi. Good breakfast and restaurant. A couple of minutes to the beach, ten to Limone city center and harbor. So cozy.

Super friendly personal, tasty food, nice breakfast buffet. A little disadvantage that WIFI doesn't work in all rooms.
Our room was new (we were the first to use it after renovation) and tasteful interieur with nice view at the lake

Consigliatissimo! Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra camera: rinnovata con terrazzo vista lago e bagno molto grande. Posto macchina in garage. Piscina a sfioro riscaldata! Colazione abbondante dolce e salata. Abbiamo anche cenato e devo dire che siamo stati soddisfatti anche della cena. Personale gentile e disponibile. Il paese di Limone facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.Meglio di così!!

Albergo molto bello con una vista mozzafiato! Anche la nostra camera affacciava sul lago con una vista magnifica. La piscina a sfioro con un'area dedicata a chi come noi con cane al seguito. Una vasca idromassaggio che secondo me è un valore aggiunto. La mattina ci accoglieva la Signora Aurelia che è una forza della natura, molto gentile e gestisce in modo molto efficiente tutta la situazione con la colazione che era abbastanza ricca e variegata. Il parcheggio è sotto la struttura e quindi al fresco. Limone si raggiunge a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata di 10 minuti. Se torneremo a Limone sicuramente in questo albergo!

Super familienfreundliches Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal (super fantastische älter Dame im Service, absolut sympathisch und herzlich und immer einen lustigen Spruch auf den Lippen. ). Frühstück super und abwechslungsreich und Restaurant für abends, fantastisch (sehr lecker). Alles super, das Flair sowie Umgebung. Wunderschön. Vorallem nach Umbau und Veränderung ( Urlaub 2018 und jetzt wieder 2023)

Hotel Super consigliato.. camera moderna con una splendida vista sul lago, abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte purtroppo ma con tutti i loro confort ci è sembrato di staccare la spina per molti più giorni. Piscina a sfioro che affaccia anch’essa sul lago, un vero e proprio sogno. Insomma, in piccolo angolo di paradiso! Sophie gentilissima. La proprietaria molto disponibile, una persona di cuore. Speriamo di tornare presto!

Wir haben uns dort sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Zum Frühstück gab es die Klassiker, aber auch viel Auswahl an schmackhafter "gesunder" Ernährung. Abends Menü oder von der Karte - wir fanden es sehr gelungen. Zimmer sauber, geräumig und freundlich eingerichtet. Gepflegter und hochwertig bestückter Terrassenbereich mit Pool.
Der "Chef" des Familienbetriebs hat für uns (Sprachbarriere) bei der Abwicklung eines Auto-Schadens so lange telefoniert, bis optimale Lösungen diverser Probleme herausgekommen waren. Auch sonst sehr guter Service.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Super schöne Anlage, der Pool ist das Highlight. Das Personal super freundlich. Unser Zimmer hatte eine sehr schöne Größe und einen perfekten Blick auf den Gardasee.

Wir waren mit Freunden eine Woche Gäste im Hotel Mercedes und hatten die Zimmer 118 und 120...
Einmalig! Die Größe, die tolle Terrasse , die Sicht auf den See und die guten Matratzen!
Das ganze Hotel ist blitzsauber - (der Pool, die Außenanlagen usw.)Wir waren und sind immer noch begeistert von diesem wunderbaren Haus. Das gesamte Personal und das Inhaber- Ehepaar kümmern sich den ganzen Tag um das Wohl ihrer Gäste, von denen ein großer Teil bereits Stammgäste sind. Die Lage am See ist einmalig, die Nähe zum Ortskern zu Fuß kein Problem. Auch derTiefgaragen - Platz für jedes Zimmer ist ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt.
Den Pasta-Day sollte man auch nicht versäumen!
Es war eine wunderschöne Woche und wir waren ganz sicher nicht das letzte Mal da. Es war ein Glücksgriff!
Wir können die Kritik mancher Gäste nicht nachvollziehen.
Unserer Meinung nach wären hier 4 Sterne angebracht.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Hotel Mercedes... schönes renoviertes Zimmer in der Villa mit Seeblick... alles sauber...toller Pool.... das ganze Team ist mit Herzblut dabei und alle sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstück gut, etwas Abwechslung wäre aber wünschenswert . Etwa 5 Minuten zum Strand... Liegen können dort gegen Entgelt geliehen werden. Zum Zentrum circa 20 Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder
