great store, love their selection of products and how neat they are displayed.
the best thing is that what they sell comes from small local producers who got together to establish this business.

pizza and focaccia looked great but the long line made us move on.

if you get one of those sealed cold cuts or cheese make sure it’s ok to bring them in your country.

The Siena Agricultural Consortium collects the produce and added value food products that are grown and produced locally to Siena. They have fresh produce, dairy and meat products, baked goods, pasta, pan forte and many other food products. They do also have sandwiches and flatbreads made to order that are suitable for a picnic. Many people do at the Piazza Salimbeni. Very interesting store packed with great food products.

Great supermarket to buy local and Italian food and goods. They have a amazing deli with whole variety of cheeses and charcuterie for you to choose from and a variety of pizzas and yummy baked things made on location. Really well located in the city centre.

Delicious fresh pizza and salat, and a nice selection of local products. Perfect for lunch on the go.

Phenomenal place to grab grocery items for a meal in your room while traveling. Found my favorite Italian digestif, Vecchio Amaro del Capo, here at a great price here. The selection of prepared and ready to eat food is amazing.

Nice pizza there, also you can find really fresh food from meet to rosticcerie, fruits and all the wine you want. Very nice place really recommended.

This is a really handy grocery stores that carries mostly local produce. Prices are a tad more expensive but you are paying for the convenience and the guarantee that the quality is of a certain level

We stocked up on some delicious snacks from the bakery section, definitely recommend! Yummy focaccia, pizza slices, panforte, and biscottos, it's like a wonderland in here. Probably not the cheapest though, but reasonable.

This was the coolest grocery / food shop we visited in all of Italy. As the name states it is an Agricultural Consortium, you'll find a wide variety of high quality foods and drinks (perfect for gifts or yourself!)

We tried different pieces of pizza that were very good and tasty, you can also find many local products of quality to buy.

Great selection of local delicacies and ingredients. If you’re a foodie with a passion for local produce you have to visit this store.

We remembered this lovely shop from our honeymoon 12 years ago, visited again in 2016 and it was even better than I recalled. A real treat for amazing Italian produce. Don't miss it on your trip to Siena.

Truly excellent place. The pizza/meats/panini/biscotti/bakery entrance had delicious food (and the staff were super friendly. Make sure to take a ticket - like at a deli counter - to buy your slice of pizza/biscotti etc). The other entrance has an area you can order fresh juice and smoothies (and ice cream) from and, even better, a box of a variety of food (veg, lentils, mozzerella, mixed salad, chickpeas etc). The staff on this side were fantastic as well. Then of course there are the groceries of delicious sienese foods. We picked stuff up for the rest of our journey (e.g. to picnic) and were sure glad we did.

Good place for a snack. Sandwiches are made on the spot. Also, they have a large variety of traditional specialties.

Delicious food to bring home (in particular the mushroom, truffle and honey sections I personally liked a lot; they have also extensive wine and meat selections though), but also to eat directly.

I always leave a bit of space in my luggage when visiting Siena, just for the food I buy at this place.
