Calm and awesome location, beautiful garden and surroundings.
The room we stayed in was spacious and clean 8/10. Any questions or needs were answered and helped with instantly.
Breakfast was good and a mix of continental and typical italian 8/10. Egg in any form could be added free of charge.
Dinner was delicious, but in comparison with other restaurants in the area rather pricy. Overall we were very happy with almost everything. Thanks for having us.

Great place situated outside the tourist crowd, you must drive to take advantage of this great location. The staff and Rocco the owner, are amazing and always looking to make you feel at home. Food is incredible if you would like to spend the day at the pool and relax and have a day to yourself or with the family. We are already planning to come back next year

Porsenna Resort and Spa gives the guest a wonderful view together with high qualified services and very well trained people who knows to make you feel very comfortable. We stayed only one night here, but we were delightful with all of the services and we will certainly come back. I strongly recommend you this resort to spend high quality time.

A heavenly location with wide panoramic views of hill top villages, lake Chiusi and down the valley towards Rome. The staff were welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. We had a clean and spacious room on the first floor with double aspect windows to enjoy the views. It was set in such peaceful countryside but only five minutes drive from Chiusi and its mainline train station to Rome, Orvieto, Florence, Bologna, Sienna … Delicately cooked Italian dinners with very local wines were served on the terrace to watch the sunset. Just beautiful and so relaxing.

Wonderful resort, too bad it was raining when I stayed there, so I couldn't use the pool. But I did use the spa (Antonella is a really good masseuse). The restaurant is really good too but a bit pricy. The Breakfast is amazing and the staff is brilliant. Hope to stay there again.

A beautiful boutique hotel near Lago di Chiusi which overlooks the hills of Umbria and Tuscany. The views are amazing, the pool is wonderful and the rooms are large and spacious and tastefully furnished. We stayed there for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment. Many thanks to Rocco the owner (who plays the piano beautifully) and to Paula for a pleasant welcome

Beautiful location on top of a hill with 360 degree views. Very good food, very friendly staf that really cares about you and a calm but friendly dog. Also the wines and cocktails are delicious. 1 tiny remark is the wifi quality but we just use mobile data to plan our day trips. Close to the general highway so easy to drive around but not close enough to hear any highway sounds. Very relaxing and one if not the best place we stayed so far

11 out of 10. The best place with great people and amazing views! The owners put their hurts in this place. Restaurant is another pleasant story with nice sunsets and outstanding dishes!

Incredibly beautiful place on the border of Tuscany. Spacious, clean rooms and excellent food on the terrace with sunset. The entire staff is always helpful and very friendly. A place to enjoy and relax.

the view from our room was legendary, the room itself spacious, clean and very carefully decorated and harmonious. you could see the most mesmerizing sunsets from all around the property, the staff was so friendly and courteous at all times. the restaurant has a decent menu with reasonable prices and can accomadate for special dietary preferences. the breakfast is amazing with a wide selection of freshly baked sweets; I eggspecially recommend the omelette! ;-) all in all a fortunate stroke of serendipity on our journey through italy, the only unfortunate thing about porsenna was that we had to leave. :)

We stayed 2 years ago while on a 3 month tour of Europe - and this was our favourite resort! Absolutely stunning location, peacefully tucked away and perfect for some quality family time. The staff were amazing, we particularly enjoyed our host David, the food was great, the kids spent hours in the pool and loved the animals (the wee cat gave birth to kittens while we were there which the children were VERY excited about, and the dog would come greet us every time we came and went). Our rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable wth amazing views from every side. If you are looking for a quiet spot off the beaten track to rest and recharge....this is the place for you. Our whole family loved it (kids were 12 and 10)

We are thinking of you all there during this pandemic. Hope you are all well and that business is ok. We plan to return to Europe as soon as we are able (were booked to fly from New Zealand next week, but of course all flights were cancelled 😕)

Beautiful place, we had to leave in the morning and couldn't wait fog to clear so we did not see the view from the hill where it's located but hosts are very nice, rooms spacious and clean, very warm atmosphere.. Nice breakfast, could be improved with scramble eggs for example

Beautiful view from our room (#28) on the 2nd floor. Very friendly staff and good variety buffet breakfast. Photos of resort are exactly as described.

Location spettacolare, immersa nella natura e con vista mozzafiato.

ACCOGLIENZA: Personale e proprietari (Rocco e sua moglie) professionale, disponibile, gentile e molto ospitale. Appena saputo che era il nostro anniversario ci hanno offerto un vino bianco squisito da gustare all'aperto come potete vedere dalle foto.

RISTORANTE: un posto stupendo arricchito dalla musica jazz in sottofondo. Cena squisita, ricercata, abbondante e leggera. Vino indimenticabile.

COLAZIONE: ricca di tutto il necessario. Tutto molto buono.

PULIZIA: ottimo livello di pulizia, tutto perfetto.

CAMERE: pulite e complete di tutto il necessario, soprattutto nella zona bagno. "Manca" la TV ma per scelta. È la vacanza giusta e il posto giusto per disintossicarsi un pò dalla tecnologia.

Zona solarium con piscina, insomma... un paradiso. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare.
