This place deserves 10 stars, unfortunately they don’t this option. Excellent customer service, I called in to see if they could accommodate a delivery same day and Olga was extremely helpful. She made it so easy, she understood my needs and went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of.

I recently ordered flowers from here, and the experience was fantastic. The delivery was impressively fast, and the service provided was truly amazing. I highly recommend this place.

I m a regular client and I have the best experience in this flower shop . The ladies who work there are very nice and lovely and even though I don’t speak Italian fluently they made the experience very easy for me.I Would recommend their service a thousand times. In the photo is one of the bouquets I bought there as a gift for my friend and she loved it. I also got as a gift fifty blue tulips and they made sure for me to receive it on time. All in all u get the best service ever 😊

Hi, I live in Singapore and I was looking for a way to order flowers that will be delivered in Turin. Easily ordered a bouquet and wine delivery for my best friend, even from so far away. Very responsive customer support, were able to arrange a super fast delivery in 1 hour from order placement!

It's so good flower shop, I was afraid, because I ordered it from Russia, and I didn't know about quality or delivery. And then I chatted with the shop assistant, she told me about everything. I have bought flowers and my girl liked them a lot!!

Cinque stelle non bastano per Olga e sua mamma! Ieri hanno letteralmente salvato la laurea di mia sorella all'ultimo minuto aiutando me e la sua amica! Hanno sistemato la corona d'alloro che avevamo già fatto altrove ma che non rispecchiava il desiderio della laureata, ci hanno realizzato due bellissimi bouquet da regalarle finendo poi per accompagnarci addirittura fino in università per non farci perdere la discussione dato i tempi strettissimi e il rischio di perdercela. Professionali, disponibili e gentilissime, veramente un grazie non basta per la giornata di ieri! Grazie veramente!

Se potessi dare più di 5 stelle, sicuramente le avrei date. Ieri vi è stata la laurea della mia migliore amica, il fioraio iniziale le aveva sbagliato la corona con il rischio di rovinarle una delle giornate più importanti. Fortunatamente io e sua sorella abbiamo iniziato a chiamare tutti i fiorai della zona fina a incappare in questo… Olga e sua mamma hanno salva la sua laurea. Ci hanno sistemato la corona come hanno potuto e cambiato il colore del nastro (sbagliato in precedenza). Durante la chiamata per sapere se si riuscisse a mettere a posto la corona mi hanno mandato le foto dei fiori in negozio con i colori dei nastri che avevano a disposizione, tutto questo è avvenuto con professionalità infinita gentilezza, con la composizione di due bouquet a 15/20 euro.
In quanto strette con i tempi con il rischio di perdere la discussione ci hanno accompagnate in macchina fino al campus.
Non ci sono parole per descrivere la nostra gratitudine nei confronti di Olga e la sua mamma.

Abbiamo già ordinato due volte i bouquet per i compleanni delle nostre colleghe e li abbiamo fatti arrivare direttamente in ufficio. La Signora è molto disponibile a fornire qualsiasi informazione, si può realizzare e pagare l’ordine comodamente dal sito e inserire la fascia oraria che si preferisce per la consegna. È consigliato contattarla la mattina se la consegna dev’essere fatta in giornata, per valutare insieme a lei la disponibilità in negozio.
Bouquet realizzati con cura e creatività, perfettamente corrispondenti alla richiesta e con prezzi onesti, ma il vantaggio maggiore è la consegna, un punto a favore, pratico e ottimo se si vuole organizzare una piacevole sorpresa! 🤍

Olga e la sua mamma sono due brave persone, si vede dai loro occhi. Ho comprato un bouquet per mia moglie per il giorno del matrimonio e Olga glielo ha portato a casa come un vero gioiello. Lei è rimasta esterrefatta, il più bel mazzo ricevuto in vita sua! Davvero consigliate! Ho trovato il fioraio di fiducia ❤

Un negozio ben fornito con un sacco di piante belle. Olga e sua mamma sono due persone gentili e molto disponibili, mi hanno preparato e fatto trovare in meno di mezz’ora il kokedama che ho chiesto per una mia amica.
