Hotel Mercure Genova San Biago

Second time staying at this hotel. Very impressed. Had room service from main restaurant menu. Meals were very high quality. Impressed again with service. Room standard very high. Very clean. Friendly helpful staff.

One of the best price-performance I have ever seen in my life. I was travelling with my family by car and after stopping in Milan, we decided to visit Genoa and stayed at this hotel. I found the hotel quite affordable for a family. They also included the breakfast which was great! One of the best buffets I have ever seen for a breakfast. Parking is also free and you can park anywhere. Staff was professional and super helpful. Definitely recommended for families with cars if visiting Genoa! Their garden in front of the restaurant is also quite relaxing.

Excellent free large outdoor parking accessible right from the 2nd floor. Situated in a quiet place, so the only noise is from the other guests. Breakfast is very good with many tasty foods, and the lady is very friendly.

Great place to spend a few nights. Full breakfast, very large beds, attentive and positive staff. The shower was great, the soap in the showers and hand soap had a delicious honey scent and the dinners tasted amazing!
The hotel was a bit far from the centre but we parked the car at the hotel, walked a couple minutes to a small mall, bought bus tickets in a kiosk, walked across the bridge to the bus stop and hopped onto bus number 7. To get back, get new tickets, and hop onto bus number 7 or 9 in the right direction.

Very nice and comfortable hotel at close distance to Genova centar. Our room was very large and fine. The room furniture is a bit outdated but clean, fine, well equipped and comfortable. The beautiful matured greenery, old big trees and palms and large spaces and terrace around hotel give nice feeling. The hotel staff is friendly and providing good service. The excellent parking is hidden beside of hotel, well protect and free of charge.

Really good people on reception. Not great service in restaurant but the food was really good.

They let us park our motorbikes near to the entrance ☺

I enjoyed my stay. Friendly staff. Hotel is not brand new, so do not expect too much design. Breakfasts is certainly above average.

20 mins from Genova by car, pleanty of parking space. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is very tasty and has plenty of choice. We will definitely come back.

Really friendly staff, clean rooms with a small fridge and a safe. It is situated among the mountains so beautiful view. It is really far off the city center so not for those who like the crowd and noise of the city. Breakfast was also great.

An older hotel, but extremely comfortable, well appointed rooms, friendly, helpful, efficient staff. Very happy to return next time passing through Genoa.

We had an excellent stay! Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Very pleased with the value/price ratio. Genova city center was roughly 20 minutes away by car.

Nice and professional staff, premium rooms are very nice. Its close to the highway entrance of Genova Bolzaneto, so it's very convenient for anyone who's going to work or move a lot, even more so after 3rd August 2020, when the bridge to the western Riviera will have (hopefully) reopened.

WE CAME ACROSS THIS HOTEL THANKS TO THE ACCOMODATION OFFERINGS MADE BY RYANAIR WHEN BOOKING OUR FLIGHTS - WE ARRIVED LATE IN THE EVENING AND WERE WARMLY WELCOMED BY THE RECEPTIONIST ON DUTY AT THAT TIME -

DURING THE COURSE OF OUR STAY WE REALISED THAT ALL THE STAFF WAS WARM AND EXTREMELY FRIENDLY -

MY ROOM WAS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND WAS RENDERED SO EVERY DAY -

MOREOVER IT WAS LIT BY THE RAYS OF THE SUN ITSELF.

BREAKFAST WAS TOP NOTCH WITH A FIRST CLASS BUFFETT WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE BY THE RESTAURANT STAFF MEMBERS.

WITH ONE EXCEPTION' WE DINED IN THE HOTEL RESTAURANT ITSELF WHICH HAS A GOOD MENU WHICH WAS ALSO RESONABLY PRICED. AGAIN THE SERVICE WAS TOP NOTCH WITH A SMILE.

ON THE DAY OF OUR DEPARTURE, GIVEN THAT OUR FLIGHT OUT OF GENOA WAS LATE THAT EVENING, WE DULY CHECKED OUT AT NOON AND WE WERE VERY KINDLY OFFERED TO PLACE OUR LUGGAGE IN A ROOM LOCATED NEXT TO THE RECEPTION DESK - THIS ALLOWED US TO SPEND THE DAY AT THE NEARBY SHOPPING MALL HAVING THE PEACE OF MIND THAT OUR LUGGAGE AND ITS CONTENTS WERE AT ALL TIME SAFE AND SOUND.

SHOULD I DECIDE TO VISIT GENOA AGAIN, I WILL DEFINITELY STAY AT THIS HOTEL KEEPING IN MIND THE WARM AND FRIENDLY TREATMENT WHICH WAS EXTENDED TO US.

The room was large, well maintained and clean, with a comfortable bed. The front desk was incredibly helpful and responsive to emails before the stay. The restaurant is a little pricey, but service and food are good.

The personals are so professional and always smiling to you ! They give you the impression that you are VIP
