Ristorante Consorzio

We opted for the tasting menu and they kindly provided a vegan one for us when we asked in advance. The food was incredible and you can tell how much love has gone into creating the dishes. We met the chef and she was so excited that she got to create plant based food as it's a passion she is having some fun and creativity with. The couple we dined with enjoyed the regular tasting menu which included meats. A lovely restaurant with amazing food, great staff and a cosy atmosphere.

The tasting menu had a delicious assortment of dishes. Moreover, the staff was extremely nice and accommodating and made my birthday extra special. The cozy and intimate atmosphere also really sets the mood.

American/Californian review: This was the best meal we had in Turin all week. Several groups had kids and our 1 yr old behaved during most of the meal.

Everything was incredible. As a tourist I really appreciate the online booking. Simple thing but many restaurants did not have that available. The tasting menu was a great way to experience the full spectrum of the chefs skills. Wine pairing was good, it did not dazzle me but worth getting to match your courses. The english speaking wait staff was also great appreciated. Also save space and just order all the desserts.

The tasting menu and wine pairing were top notch. I’d come back to Torino just for this. I wish a bit more was explained about the food and wine, though, as most were left on the table with a simple “this is what it is”. Overall a fantastic meal.

Slow food Italian restaurant that really delivers! From the amuse bouche to the grappa, it was delicious. Really loved the pasta. We did three courses - appetizers, pasta, and dessert. Great wine selection. Made a reservation a few weeks ahead of time. Seemed like they had a few tables for walk-ins, if willing to wait but definitely recommend a reservation.

I very rarely rate places with 5 stars but this time is definitely worth it. Absolutely recommended, straight in the top 5 restaurants in Torino. The best risotto I’ve ever had in my entire life, still thinking about it hours later. But everything is really top notch quality. Very nice and cozy atmosphere, professional and kind service, not expensive for the level of quality and service (we’ve spent 56 € each for 3 courses, only one person drank wine).

Great restaurant. Service is great and warm (multilingual!). Food is a bit eclectic as they showcase less noble parts of animals.

Spectacular, top quality, food, wines( they even have Georgian wines)! But the local Pienonte kitchen is at its best

It was incredibly tasty! I could really taste their focus on quality ingredients and I enjoyed my four course tasting menu very very much! Even forgot to take a picture of the main course it was so good!

As a solo diner I received the table just where the waiters constantly rush by to get to the kitchen which for me was not the most cosy atmoshphere to be seated. Also they courses came almost a little too quick, especially with the wine pairing I had to keep up with their tempo.

Had dinner here three nights in a row and it was excellent every time! Delicious food and wines, very nice ambiance and super friendly helpful people with amazing skills. What more could you want? We decided to stop searching for other places to eat, because this is what we would be looking for and we had already found it :)

This restaurant makes us feel happy and relaxed. We can enjoy a fresh Italian flavor. The taste is very good. The chef is skilled in cooking. Simple ingredients are used to make exquisite dishes.
We will definitely taste again in the future

Absolutely fantastic restaurant. Read someone else on here saying if was amongst their top 5 in Italy and I can well believe it. Perfect risotto, fabulous meat, superb staff, great wine by the glass. Very fairly priced too. Good options for Gluten Free as well.

Iconic neo bistrot of Torino. Price are not cheap compared to other restaurants but it is completely worth it ! Recipes are smart and original and cooked with top quality products from Slow Food. Waiters has been friendly and attentive and of good advice. It s really an experience, I recommend.

A wonderful restaurant with a wineshop on the side. A relaxed atmosphere. Nice small woodtables. The menu is small but really good. I loved the Vitello Tonnato and the Salad with the chicken. The owner brought a good red glass of wine. A perfect place for dining.

One of my top five restaurants in Italy. I have been to both lunch and dinner and the service is exactly the same. The menu is also the same. Everything I ordered I loved.

Excellent variety of dishes, all original, different and local. The risotto was one of the best I had and the cod, served on a bone was one of the most exceptional and unusual dishes I had. Great tasting menu and wonderful service tool on

Very interesting dinner with outstanding flavor. We ordered a variety of dishes but the grilled sweetbread and the risotto (with bone marrow and brown stock) were particularly outstanding.

I enjoyed every dish but the style of food does not photograph well (hence no photos).

If you are looking for an unusual meal with unique textures I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Cute little place serving carefully made very tasty food. Service is impeccable. I had the €36 tasting menu and I found it quite reasonable given the amount and quality of the food. Their panna cotta is one of the best I’ve ever had in my life. I would definitely recommend!!

A must stop restaurant in Torino. Actually let me rephrase, the restaurant alone is worth the trip to Torino. Small menu, high quality ingredient and a perfect execution. Consorzio is probably the most sought after restaurant in Torino
