Al Baccanale

I had the tortelli filled with ricotta and orange with ginger foam and shrimp. I didn’t taste any orange or any ginger, but it was CRAZY GOOD. They made tortelli with an opening at the top for sauce. So delicious!

We had a wonderful lunch here while in Tuscany. The amuse-bouche was fantastic! Three little bites of different flavors to whet your appetite. The starter was chestnut farinata with red shrimp which we split with no problem & the chestnuts added a little complexity to the taste. The lemon linguini with oysters & raspberry was my favorite! Then the monkfish medallion was wonderful. Highly recommend & our server was so kind even though we didn't speak much Italian. He even let us buy a bottle of the olive oil which was wonderful with the rustica bread. The tables are artwork & shown in the picture!

Most friendly staff we had yet in tuscany! Food was perfect. If you want some amazing cuisine with the little extra twist - this is your restaurant. The best thing were the appetizers from the kitchen. Crispy bread, tasty focciacia with finest olive oil and the best crabchips I‘ve ever had.

Very original dishes, great quality ingredients and good service. Had a perfect experience, highly recommended.

Food was super delicious (you can tell there is a sophisticated research behind each plate - they also have a tasting menu!), the atmosphere was very nice/intimate and the staff was super friendly. Super recommended

Superb dinner experience. Had 3 courses with wine recommendation, as well as digestif.

The charming maître d' explained the menu, origins of ingredients and combination of flavours in detail. We learned a lot about the complexity of high level Tuscany cuisine in a beautiful and unrushed atmosphere.

Wine list is extensive and well balanced.

Special compliments once more to the service and the kitchen staff, we spent a wonderful night in Al Baccanale.

Delicious food, extremely courteous and helpful service in a cozy, secluded spot - almost perfect, except that the music was a bit loud. Regardless, I look forward to returning!

Extrem feine Spitzenküche. Dazu kommt, dass der Chef und Koch auf die individuellen Wünsche eingeht. Das fantastische Essen ist nicht billig - aber jeden Cent wert!

Questo ristorante è talvolta evitato sia dalla gente del posto che dai turisti per la sua apparenza un po' presuntuosa e costi alti.

La realtà è che si mangiano piatti buonissimi e molto ricercati, con un servizio attento e cordiale (niente di scontato in zona:) ed una spesa più che giusta rispetto alla qualità (e in realtà non molto di più rispetto a qualsiasi altro ristorante della zona. Antipasti €20, Primi €20, Secondi €25).

Il mio piatto preferito è stato gli spaghetti all'aglio nero e polpa di riccio con carpaccio di capasanta. Ma è tutto eccellente, dal pane e le focacce fino ai dolci - tutto rigorosamente fatto "in casa".

Vengo a Piombino da anni apprezzando tutto, dal Bar La Sirena al Garibaldi Innamorato: Al Baccanale è stata una grande scoperta, che dovrò provare di nuovo presto.

Posto perfetto per una cena romantica.
Il locale è ben curato, il menù degustazione da provare, servizio attento e premuroso.

Delizioso Ristorante situato nel centro storico di Piombino. Location curata e pulita, personale cortese, ampia scelta del menù. Piatti squisiti e particolarissimi. È stato un vero piacere per il palato cenare in questo ristorante. Pieno rispetto della normativa anticovid.

Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione ed è stata una piacevole scoperta! Le materie prime fresche e particolari come le ostriche tsarskaya ed il lampuga che non conoscevo! Atmosfera familiare , unico neo x me è un coperto di 4 euro senza tovaglia ma ci tornerò

Abbiamo cenato al Baccanale ieri sera mangiando due menù a sorpresa. Le porzioni non sono sicuramente abbondanti ma la cucina é ricercata e particolare. Vale sicuramente la pena di venire a mangiare in questo ristorante dove non manca neppure cortesia e attenzione per il cliente. L'unico difetto é la vicinanza fra loro dei tavoli nella piazzetta.

Ottimo cibo particolare sia nei sapori che nella presentazione dei prodotti, grande professionalità e gentilezza in un locale caratteristico del centro di Piombino. Da provare assolutamente!
