Castello di Roncade

One word: amazing! During our stay we got moved to a room in the tower since the AC was broken in our room due to a lightning strike. The communication regarding the broken AC was very nice and professional. Before our stay we got a call to inform us of the issue, and the staff did everything they could to help us stay comfortable in the heat wave.
The rooms are beautiful; in the villa it felt like we were staying in a museum. In the tower the room was a bit more modern, with a very classy twist. We booked a tour with wine tasting. The wines were absolutely amazing and we ended up taking 18 bottles home. Breakfast was simple but of high quality. During our trip we went to Venice, which is only 30 minutes away. Coming back to the beautiful castle in a quiet town was a nice welcome after the crowds in Venice.

The estate itself is gorgeous, well maintained as well.

An incredible place, the main disadvantage of which for us was only a hard mattress. We will definitely return to this fairy tale. Many thanks to the owners for their hospitality.

We had a delightful time on our wine tasting and tour. Such history and beauty! We met the nicest couple visiting from Chicago (us from California). We sampled wines and ate together. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had an excellent time. A must see!

Rooms are great
The place is lovely
But the best thing is the staff and owners really making sure you have a good stay.
Furthermore we had a fantastic wine tour with Pia. Not only got a good story about the wine but also regarding the history of the place.

We were here 2 adults and 1 kid+1 baby. Such a romantic place is usually reserved for adults, but we felt really welcome here.

Pia is the best representative for the Caso dj Roncade. She gave the best service for my check-in, wine selection and wine tour, which I've done next day. She really made my days. I would love to recommend the place to everyone. + rooms, swimming pool and wine bar are clean and well maintained.

Great place to stay! Rooms are neat and serviced very tight. The people are very kind always willing to help you out. And last but not least, have a Prosecco in the garden of this wine castle to start the evening after a great winetasting in the castle.

Gorgeous! Well maintained! Comfortable! Ancient exterior with modern interior. Parking and elevator and comfortable bed.

This place is amazing, and probably the best value in Northern Italy. I stayed in the Villa and it was purely authentic Veneto and completely devine! The Baron of the castle is a character- but he wined and dined us and we had an INCREDIBLE experience!

On the recommendation of a friend who loved her experience several years ago, we stayed for four nights. Wonderful, wonderful staff. Super wines and, simply, an amazing experience staying in a castle. Great location to get in and out of Venice. Highly recommended.

Absolutely dream comes thruth place ... Amazing rooms , fantastic wine, pool , quiet ... Amazing place that allows you to forget that you are surrounded by busy world around . .. and if after saying Hi to the owner , tasting their amazing wine and Prosecco under 200 years old trees , walking in the garden, swimming in the pool , talking to amazingly friendly people working there , you want to still go out ..well Venice is about 25 min away, Jesolo about the same .. go out ... And enjoy life

Beautiful Castle and such a privilege to stay there. The family and staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The food and breakfast were delicious. A tour of the wine celler is a must as is the gorgeous wine especially the Prosseco.

We had a wonderfull tour by a danish speaking guide. The best part was the wine tasting at the end of the tour. The baron living at the castle joined us and we had a truly unique experience. I highly recommend visiting Castello di Roncade if you are in the area.

I have been at the Castello di Roncade several times, and always enjoyed their hospitality, excellent service, the very clean and beautiful rooms, wonderful breakfast and absolutely unique environment. Thank you for everything!
