This was one of the best experiences of our lives. Giada and Paolo are not only two of the warmest people I have ever met - their warmth is truly sincere in every way. From the moment we arrived, and Giada was standing at the front with a warm smile, welcoming us with a tour of this historic home that has been in her family for 9 generations, to the amazing food that she cooks for everyone from scratch - with care and love - everything was outstanding. The house is like stepping back in time and living in history - and it was simply an amazing experience in every way. Highly recommended!!

I am currently on a trafalgar tour, and we made a stop at Villa il Leccio for the "be our guest" dinner. As soon as we arrived, Giada was standing under some trees and greeted every single person in our group with genuine warmth and courtesy. She served us some amazing wine, and we walked around the grounds, looking at breathtaking views. She proceeded to give us a brief tour of her incredible home, and as the tour progressed, we ended up in the dining area. Once seated, her nephews, aunt, and husband went to work serving as Giada continued cooking for 48 people. She and her family can manage a kitchen amazingly well, and everything about the experience was incredible. Her food was outrageously good, and her wine was delicious. It was such a warm and welcoming experience 10/10.
Early on in the evening, she explained that rooms are available to rent as a bed and breakfeast. Looking into this, I also learned that Giada has taught some cooking classes at the villa for an added experience. I hope to stay here and learn from such a friendly and amazing master chef one day. I recommend staying/scheduling a visit here if you are in Venice. I will definitely try to return.

Amazing place! We celebrated our wedding in Villa Il Leccio and we are so happy we chose this venue. Also we and our guests stayed in the Villa. Everyone was happy with the rooms and impressed by the staff. Huge kudos to the owners! Amazing people! And although we had external vendors for our wedding day, the owners were there to help and was accommodating for vendors unpreparedness. The owners made our day even more special. We are so grateful.

The host is an amazing and hospitable person who makes you feel incredibly welcome. The food was delicious and prepared with pride and passion. Visiting Villa IL Leccio is unquestionably one of the highlights of our Italian holiday. We will be back again.

I visited Italy of three weeks this spring. We stayed in some very nice places; but the Villa was the BEST!!! Each room was unique. The house was very old and the rooms had been "modernized" with all of the important things that are required for weary travelers. The best part was the food. Giada was truly a wonderful chef and the meals were fantastic! The Villa has been in her family for hundreds of years and it was wonderful to experience the gardens and the common rooms as well. Everything showed that she cared about her guests individually. I was with a tour group so my time actually spent in and around the building was minimal but it was very special. Thank-you, Giada, for your hospitality!

Owner gave personal tour of the villa which has been in her family over 300 years. She also gave our group cooking lessons and we ate the results of her instruction. The food was simply prepared yet truly superb. They raise their own grapes for their wine and olives for the oil. Parts of the villa were built in the 1200's, but most of it in the 1700's. The interior, original frescoes, lighting fixtures, and furniture were a true delight to see. They are a B&B during summer months. The terraced flower gardens and view of the surrounding countryside will delight your soul! Such a peaceful place.

Jiada, the owner and hostess is an honestly authentic Italian. Villa Il Leccio, in Jiada's family for generations, is gorgeous and very well kept. The furnishings and frescos are original and her food is to die for. It was a dream come true to stay in such a special place that felt we like we were on a movie set but, pinch me, it was real. We were there for 3 nights, 10/4 - 10/7/22 on a small group Overseas Adventure Travel (OAT) tour of Tuscany & Umbria. How OAT makes these marvelous local connections is beyond me and truly special. Highly recommend for the ultimate stay in Chianti region of Tuscany!

We are part of the Trafalgar group (European Whirl) and joined Jaida for lunch as part of Trafalgar's Be My Guest option.
What a wonderful experience. Jaida is lovely and her food is just as amazing. Will definitely recommend this to anyone.

If you want the Real Tuscany Experience, this is the place to go. Starting from the beautiful agriturismo with it's well curated dining area and bedrooms.
The best art of this place is Giada, the owner. Not only she's the one cooking, she is such a beautiful person and amazing host!
Her food is to die for. You might not want to leave...

We stopped by as part of lunch stop organised by Trafalgar tour. The ordinary looking gate opens to a beautiful villa which is 300 years old with beautiful period decor. I understand from the owner that the place is available as a bed and breakfast from May to October.

Our lunch was pasta- home made and home cooked and is really heavenly. The red wine is well balanced and really smooth.

Highly recommended

What an experience! The view is incredible and the food was the most fresh, quality that I have in Italy. It seemed like a fantasy! The hosts and hostesses work hard to make you feel welcome into this beautiful Tiscan Villa with homemade oils and wine.

Few places have warm people like we experienced at Villa I’ll Leccio. Hotels have staff who do their job, but this stay at the villa is like being with family. The rooms are huge and the meals (you have to book in advance) is of an excellent standard. We stayed for almost a week and it was a treat. We’d go back for sure.

Happened upon this hidden jem in late April 2017 and ended up staying for 4 nights. Beautiful grounds, rooms, service, and the daily breakfast spread was amazing. Definitely would reserve this spot if we ever make it back to Italy! Host/owner Giatta was what I would classify as a super host

This villa is absolutely stunning! Perfectly positioned in the countryside. The food was amazing. But the best part was our hosts, Giada & Paolo, they made this vacation unforgettable.

A family run wine villa, offering homestay in summers, is an ancient Chianti vineyard growing sangiovese grapes. The property also grows their own olives and vegetables. The food is super and the hospitality 5 star. Quiet, surround by green, this is a soothing experience. Their estate red Tuscon wine has a light bouquet and a gentle flavour with a hint of spice. Proseco Chardonnay and an estate white are also available. Olive oil and olive oil skin care products are offered.
