Such an incredible culinary experience! Beautiful setting on a relatively quiet street, but you still feel the hustle of the town.
The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The food was to die for! Explosion of taste with stunning presentation. All in all an amazing night! Highly recommended!

This meal will live long in the memory. Having eaten at many fine dining restaurants in London and the world over, this restaurant is right up there. The food is so unique and exciting. The staff were absolutely lovely. Special mention to the sommelier who recommended a lovely bottle of Sicilian white grown on Etna’s slopes and a desert wine from the south of the island - both beautiful matches for the menu. Go if you have the chance - you won’t be sorry!

Absolutely amazing experience. The food was exceptional, full of flavour and beautifully presented, even the bread was to die for. The wine list was out of this world, huge and a great selection of wines. Everyone who served us was professional and friendly and created a great experience for us. I highly recommend this place.

Refined and well balanced dishes, friendly staff and great recommendations from the sommelier - not only for there but wineries to check out during our trip on Sicily. DO NOT SKIP THE PASTA. whatever you do have the lamb ragout pasta it’s awesome.

The best meal we’ve had whilst being in Italy. We booked as the previous night we tried to walk in and no tables were available. Beautifully thought out menu which were packed full of flavour and mind blowing with each bite. The service was amazing too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere a bit special. Higher priced bill but worth every penny.

Me and my Wife celebrated her 49th birthday. The service is impeccable, very courteous and professional. We took the 8 service with wine pairing. My wife is allergic to shellfish and the chef was able to work around her allergy. We gave carte blanche to the sommelier and it was perfect. His knowledge of the wine pairing accompanied our food again in a perfect match. You need to try the pasta buttons. I seriously thought I had hair when tasting them and I am bald for context. They even waited until midnight to present the birthday cake for my wife, which was simply very chairing of them. Overall, the food was amazing, the ambiance was perfect and service to the highest standards.

Exceptional! Had a great time for my anniversary. One of my favourite restaurant I have been. The texture harmony on dishes is superior and the unexpected combination of ingredients is impressive. Their wine list is amazing as well. The sommelier is very informative and helpful.

An incredible dining experience and our favourite in Taormina! Make sure you arrive hungry, there is a lot of amazing dishes to try and there are also chef compliments. The best wine we’ve had in Italy also! Book in advance and sit outside, we were inside and it was still beautiful. Definitely do the tasting menu. Thank you for having us :)

One of the most amazing fine dining experiences ever! We enjoyed the six course chef tasting menu. Our entire party was delighted beyond expectation by the amazing food, presentation and service. Every course was tasty and beautiful. The wine pairings were spot on. The staff professional, warm and welcoming. A la cart menu is also available, but our party of four agreed the chef’s tasting menu provided an amazing sampling of flavors and is not to be missed. I’ve had amazing dining experiences in NYC, and this was better than those. Make reservations.

Probably one of the best gastronomic experiences. The flavours and textures were very well balanced. There was a nod to tradition and not going crazy with experimentation. That’s a very hard point to hit. The service was great - knowledgeable and attentive. The sommelier seemed to have been well traveled and could discuss pretty much any wine. A perfect night!

Not just a meal, but an experience! Fantastic combination of tastes, and creativity on so many levels. Honestly the best squid i have ever tasted (slow cooked). We did the 6 course tasting menu, and gave the chef the freedom to combine fish and meat freely, and combined it with the wine pairing from Etna. Highly recommended for a special night out!

This was the only good meal we had In Taormina! It was worth every penny! We even went to another Michelin star restaurant and there was no comparison. Every bite was well thought out and the flavors were impeccable. My only concern was the the staff kept making excuses about the chef’s age. I told them that age does not matter, what matters is each bite.

We loved our evening here, the best of our four dining experiences in Taormina. Everything was well thought out with interesting touches. The setting is in a more peaceful part of the town. The staff were very friendly and made the evening more special. The ragu pasta especially was phenomenal and can’t be missed.

We had dinner at Vineria Modi on our last night in Sicily, and it was truly one of the most delicious meals we've ever eaten. We decided to do the mixed tasting menu (meat and fish), and every dish was incredible. They were thoughtfully prepared and the flavors were a celebration of Sicilian cuisine but presented in innovative ways. The 30 yolk pasta with lamb ragu was a standout and something I wish I could eat every day. The service was as impressive as the food. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and helpful. It's on the pricier side but an incredible value compared to restaurants of the same caliber elsewhere in the world.

Amazing! One of the the best restaurants in Taormina and the value for money is incredible. The staff are kind, attentive and knowledgeable. I don’t eat red meat or gluten - they told me I could do the fish tasting menu and they’d swap the pasta course for something else. We chose a la carte just because we didn’t think we could eat a whole tasting menu and it was delicious. We started with some bubble suggestion by the som and had a great bottle of wine as well. The olive oil was delicious, the gluten free bread was really good and the food was not only beautifully presented but also so flavorful. I would highly recommend this place and I’m shocked they don’t have a M Star yet.

I definitely recommend the pasta with egg yoke and parmesan. Service was outstanding with a great sommelier. This restaurant is worthy of a Michelin star!

Absolutely magnificent! Breathtaking food and superb attention to detail from everyone in the kitchen and front of house. The menu is most imaginative and each dish is prepared meticulously. The wine list is one of the most comprehensive I’ve ever seen. This is a truly exceptional dining experience in every way and everyone can be thoroughly proud of their work. Why this place doesn’t have a star yet is truly baffling! Come on Michelin judges! Do your job please!

This was one of the best meals we are in Taormina. Starting from right when we sat down, the service team was warm and welcoming. The food was outstanding, and they were both knowledgeable and creative with celiac (gluten free) options. The somm, Paolo, guided us through an amazing wine pairing to go with our meal as well. The experience was unforgettable and I would not return to Taormina without making sure I could eat another meal here.
