This is a place where you instantly feel welcome and comfortable. The very nice host, beautifully designed appartments in the middle of vineyards and stunning view to the Aetna volcano are only the start to a very pleasant stay.
Located on the southern end of the Aetna it is also a perfect starting point for excursions to the top of the volcano or for several hikes to scenic viewpoints. Just ask the host, she is very helpful regarding tips on what to do and where to go.
The breakfast, especially for Italian standards, is fantastic. You'll be spoiled with freshly baked bread and sweets, self-made jam, delicious coffee, fresh vegetables and fruit, and so on.
Sciaraviva also produces vine and you should really try some, it's delicious.

Overall, we can highly recommend Sciaraviva for a stay in the Aetna-region.
