Luna Wellness Hotel

We booked Luna Wellness Hotel through their website and had big expectations because of the great pictures and the hotel actually exceeded our expectations. The most amazing thing about it was definitely the food, especially the dinner. It was like an all you can eat gourmet high end restaurant, the food was simply delicious, the staff was very nice and helpful. The dishes were very classy, tasty and good portions. There was also an all you can eat buffet with various different appetisers and salads. We could get ourselves full just from the appetisers, but the first and second courses were just amazing. There was also a desert. The hotel has a nice ski wardrobe and a ski shuttle to the lift, the person driving was very positive and friendly. Breakfast is also great and there is even an afternoon snack with more tasty stuff. Some nights there was live music or grappa tasting which was a nice touch as well. Spa is good, you have to book it in advance and because of that it is not crowded which was good. Rooms were okay as well. Nothing bad I can say about this hotel really. It was really close to the lift and easy to get to Madonna di Campiglio with a bus. If you enjoy good food definitely go for this hotel.

We had an amazing stay in the hotel. The food is 10/10, the service is great, everyone is super polite! Also very close to the lift - 200m and they goy a shuttle every 5 minutes.

The whole stay was great, but I have to praise the staff who was really amazing.
The food, from the buffet, to the menu, taste and presentation, it was all just perfect. I have never had a better risotto in my life. WHAT A CHEF!
Andrea from the bar is such a nice person, we've had great apres-skis also thanks to him.
The hotel offered a grappa tasting one evening, and a live music evening. We have been a group of 9 people and we just loved everything about it.
My friends also said several times, the pillow is amazing. :)

The place was amazing! Polite people, clean, cosy - great!
The food is top notch, you have 2 main courses each night and an open buffet with 10-15 additional options made by the Sicilian chef - insanely good!

An excellent hotel with much above average service. Everyone is very nice and ready to help at any time. We had no problems with anything, if only we announced any request, whether at the reception or in the restaurant, it was met immediately (the hotel even organized engine oil for my car). Gluten and lactose free diet available in the restaurant, beautiful welness and pool area and very good location and access, as well as an underground garage.We are very happy of our stay at Luna Wellness and we definitely will be back there for sure!

We stayed in Hotel Luna in a twin room for a short winter holiday for 4 nights with halfboard.

The location of the hotel is perfect for a skiing holiday with ski lift connection to famous Madonna di Campiglio ski area (150+ km of slopes surely satisfy any level of skier). The hotel is located only 200 m from a Gondola and you do not have to walk even this short distance - helpful hotel driver will give you a free lift drirectly to and from the slope. The hotel would surely be a good starting point for hiking in summer too.

The hotel overall looks and feels nice and the service meets the expectations for a good 4* hotel very well. Staff is professional, polite and always helpful. The room with a balcony was alright, even though it could be a bit bigger. Fine and well mantained wellness area with two pools, saunas and a refreshment corner give you possibilities to relax after challenging, active days. The only thing I was missing was at least a small gym.

Last but not least, the food and wine were amazing, tasty and beatifully garnished. Plenty of options to choose from for breakfast and dinner and again, very professional waiters.

We were very sattisfied with the stay and a perfect service. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Would give 5 🌟. The hotel is well located, easy to find. The staff is really nice and always available to give you advices on what you can do and also can organise everything for you. The spa is really good, clean and welcoming

Good value for money

Abbiamo trascorso due notti meravigliose in questo hotel a 4 stelle e non possiamo che elogiarlo. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con cortesia dal personale, sempre disponibile e attento a ogni nostra esigenza.

La struttura è impeccabile: pulizia eccellente e ambie curati.

La cucina ha saputo preparare piatti deliziosi in linea con la nostra dieta vegana.

Consigliamo questo hotel a chiunque, anche a coloro che seguono una dieta vegetale, perché la loro capacità di soddisfare le richieste dei clienti è ottima.

In sintesi, un soggiorno perfetto, non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

È sempre bello trovare persone solari e disponibili a capire le esigenze degli ospiti. Per quanto mi riguarda, tutto il personale è stato professionale e con un bel sorriso, che non guasta mai. Voglio spendere due parole per lo chef, per come si esprime a livello culinario, da provare e poi spero che i ragazzi più giovani dello staff prendano esempio dal Maitre di sala, Andrea è sempre attento e mai invadente e sa capire quello dj cui hai bisogno, in poche parole " semplicità complessa" in fatto di accoglienza. Auguro a tutto lo staff del Luna un buon lavoro.

Il centro benessere è stato super salutare, e che dire del ristorante:" strepitoso" mangiato veramente bene , il personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

Met drie families zijn wij één week zeer goed verzorgd in dit hotel. De kamers zijn schoon en ruim genoeg (lekkere zeep!), Het eten is voortreffelijk (uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, een middagsnack (vooral zoet), elke dag 3 gangen met 4 keuzes), het personeel is heel attent, professioneel en gezellig. De shuttle service is ideaal. Zo vanuit je eigen locker in het busje naar de lift stappen (2 minuten rijden - het is ook goed te lopen overigens). Einde middag rijdt het busje ook weer af en aan naar het hotel.
Er zit een goede supermarkt op loopafstand en een lekkere pizzeria.

Qua verbeterpunt zou het super zijn om de welness inclusief te doen, nu was het €10 pp en hebben we het eigenlijk niet gebruikt.
Helaas is er geen buitenterras, wel een mooie serre (die in de zomer misschien open kan?)

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel nel mese di Ottobre, quindi bassa stagione, ma devo dire che sono rimasto piacevolmente stupito dalla qualità dei servizi offerti e dal trattamento.

Partiamo dalla reception, la possibilità di fare il check in online sveltisce di molto la consegna delle chiavi, che immagino che in alta stagione sia un vantaggio non da poco, il garage multilivello è a pochi metri dall'hotel ed è ENORME.
Completa la reception un fornitissimo bar e una sala relax per gli ospiti che ospita anche musica live alla sera.

Stanze: arredamento nuovissimo di tutte le parti e con un ottimo design, armadio con luce interna cassaforte a disposizione degli ospiti compresa nel prezzo, frigobar che sembra quasi un'opera d'arte, ma soprattutto ultra silenzioso, bagno con doccia spaziosa e nuovissima, completo di dispenser di sapone e gel doccia molto buoni che possono essere acquistati alla reception.
Stanza pulitissima, completa di ogni comfort, in più a disposizione degli ospiti due comodi accappatoi da utilizzare per usufruire della SPA

SPA: ottima veramente, ampi spazi, piscina riscaldata con nuoto controcorrente, idromassaggio cascate e 2 vasche per idromassaggio "privato" a gettone, completa questo angolo di paradiso un bagno turco, sauna finlandese, percorso Kneipp e docce emozionali.
A disposizione degli ospiti tisane, frutta secca e sdraio per un relax totale, vi è anche una zona trattamenti e massaggi che però non abbiamo potuto sperimentare perché tutta prenotata.

Ristorante: solo una parola: STREPITOSO!!
Cibi di altissima qualità e serviti in maniera impeccabile dal personale di sala, attento a coccolarti in ogni modo possibile, vasta selezione di vini e un buffet di antipasti da lasciare a bocca aperta, il tutto servito in una tipica mansarda tirolese che ti lascia a bocca aperta per la sua bellezza.
Abbiamo cenato con dei cibi da vero gourmet e impiattati in maniera perfetta.

Colazione: di tutto e di più che saprà soddisfare anche l'ospite più esigente, e se mancasse qualcosa, la cucina è pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta.

Conclusione: hotel veramente bello e su cui credo siano stati eseguiti dei lavori di ammodernamento abbastanza recenti, se posso trovare una pecca, l'ascensore ci metteva un po' ad arrivare a chiamata, ma è solo l'unico difetto che posso dire di aver trovato in questo wellness hotel in cui ci ritornerei di corsa!

Wellness che indica benessere è sicuramente il nome appropriato per questa struttura. L'accoglienza, la ristorazione, la cura e la pulizia degli ambienti sono al Top. Sono rimasto stupito per le attenzioni ricevute e la cortesia. La ristorazione è di altissimo livello. Un staff eccezionale!
