Beautiful and romantic place. Service was amazing and people kind. We were able to communicate in English with everyone. In-house restaurant is great and service is amazing as well. My husband is celiac and they happen to have options and are careful with contamination. They always had warm gluten free bread ready for him. Prices were reasonable given it's in the mountains/somewhat remote and very convenient. Rooms were clean and bed super comfortable but bathroom/shower had some mold situation. Room has a musky smell but that's expected since buildings are old and rustic - that's part of the experience. I wish windows had screens so we could keep them open without worrying of insects flying in. Also to note When Temps are warm, there are very loud insects called "cicadas" in those regions - they could get really loud but stop in the evenings and when Temps are cooler it's raining. Overall we had a wonderful experience and will be back.

We’ve had a great holidays in Borgo di Colleoli. We stayed there 5 nights with our dog and everything was great. Starting from the staff, very professional and helpful (greetings to Jacobe and Alessandro). We loved the surroundings, swimming pools and nature. The fact that the place is dog friendly and our furry Samoyed could stay there with us is amazing. We truly have our Tuscany holidays there, thank you! Definitely recommend and would come there again ❤

We traveled to Borgo di Colleoli in the month of July. It was absolutely stunning!! It's a beautiful rustic resort in the middle of lush greenery. The ideal tuscany backdrop. It's perfect for complete relaxation...definitely need a car to get here, and table reservations at the resturarent is recommended...
The staff are very polite and helpful ...

The rooms and staff are excellent. The location is remote and ideal for those wanting tor explore the villages but be close to Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano and Florence. A hire car is a must.

This place is in Tuscany. Full of charms, natural beauty with two pools, a lovely old palazzo, which has one if those Italian walls painted inside, which looks if they have columns. Of course, they are flat. The cuisine is good.
We visit this place once a year and mirval about the beauty of the land.
Olive groves, walking paths and quietness. Just 'Be'. Nothing else. Man lived here since the Roman times.

Our stay at the Borgo was magical. It’s a medieval castle that became a large manor house and now this amazing resort. The room was very comfortable with views of neighboring castles and rolling hills of grapevines. The kitchen had beautiful dishes and stemware. The grounds are expansive and beautiful. There are two large gorgeous pools. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant was very good, if a bit pricey. There’s another restaurant next door that was fantastic with an amazing view. It’s located in the Tuscan countryside in such a pretty setting. We visited Cinque Terre, Pisa, Sienna, San Gimignano, and Florence from here. It was a bit of driving but worth it to have this oasis with pools to return to every evening. It would have been nice if the pools stayed open a bit later.

The resort is wonderful: Clean, beautiful views, peaceful, not too far from Pisa and Florence but away from the crowds. The staff is so very friendly and helpful. My only wish is that they had a spa/hot tub. It was too cold to go in the pool in April.
The room and bed were very comfortable, and it was nice to have a little kitchen to save some money on meals. But there are good restaurants in the resort or not far away if you just want to eat out all the time. I could also wish the town had a bar where we could go to get a simple Italian breakfast of a cappuccino and cornetto.

We had our wedding at the Borgo and it was amazing. The location, the venue, the food and the staff were all fabulous. We had a large group staying over about 5 days and everyone enjoyed themselves. It is in the middle of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The atmosphere and ambiance made it such a lovely place to share our marriage with friends and family. There are 2 lovely pools and the food is great.
Thank you to everyone at Borgo di Colleoli, we will always have fabulous memories thanks to you.

We brought 40 guests here to watch our wedding and it was magical. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but felt authentic Tuscan. The restaurant was incredible, every meal was prepared with such detail. The staff was accommodating and kind. The pools were a beautiful place to relax. I’ll tell everyone to come visit!

The resort is fairly remote surrounded by greenery. The front desk / concierge (Jakub) was very helpful. Let the front desk know of after hours check in since the office closes in the evening. The restaurant on site was really good but only open at certain times. The rooms were well maintained. The front desk can arrange for transportation if needed but a car is recommended. There is a small lot for car parking. Very beautiful sunset and sunrise views from the property. Had a lovely stay and will return. I highly recommend.

The staff is excellent, every one is friendly. Our room at the Villa was beautiful and well kept. The scenery is breathtaking. A perfect hideaway in the countryside. A word of warning, if you visit here book through Karma, not RCI.

We had a great stay here! There was a nice terrace to have a great cappuccino in the morning on sight. Also the pools where super! (great size to swim in and not crowded)
Giovanni gave us great service, he booked all kind of activities. Great Staff at the reception! There is a good traditional restaurant around the corner so no need to drive any further then the hotel is located.

Lovely little place to stay - away from the main towns.
Staff always go above and beyond to make service the best.
It's a pity there aren't more options with regards to taxis - due to location taxis have to be prebooked.
Would definitely visit again!!

Karma Colleoli is a world unto itself perched on the very top of one the Tuscan hills far away from the noise of the villages/ towns around. It's a big property with two big pools. It's an old Italian mansion/property converted to a resort. They have refurbished the buildings and interior but the interior still feels old and ancient. If you stay here, be prepared to away from civilization and have a quiet time for yourself admiring the Tuscan Country side. They also arrange wine tours for you in the region. So if you're around this is good activity. They have a restaurant which is overpriced but prepares very good food. What stands out for me is their staff. All of them speak English and are very kind and helpful. Thank You Alessandro and Team.

Lovely place that is very peaceful. The accommodation is well presented in varying styles and layouts. There is a very good restaurant where you can also get a drink and relax. The two pools have plenty of sun loungers and are very clean. There is also a good selection of other restaurants within easy reach. The staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help if they can.

Amazing place right in the middle of the Pisa - Siena - Florence triangle. Beautiful and quite (usually - we had one outdoor opera night at the resort, which we enjoyed). Very friendly. Two nice pools. Great restaurant, with another great one at a short walking distance. Fantastic rooms. Maybe not ideal if you don't like stairs, but otherwise highly recommended, both as a starting point for trips through the countryside or to nearby towns and cities, or just to relax and do nothing.

Of course yes. It was excellent property. I am a doctor -kidney surgeon from India. I was fonder member of RGBC GOA & now a double fractional member of Karma. I came here from my busy schedule for peace & relaxation. It was a perfect destination for relaxation. A home away from home. Feel like living in palace. A beautiful view of forest from my apartment. Quite specious, comfortable beds.it was a historical place, I have gone through the history. Wonderful resort in colleoli village in Tuscany region away from busy city life. One can perfectly immerse in self with peace without any disturbance. I liked its LIBRARY. I enjoyed music also in the library. Breakfast was good & served by a senior lady, felt like mother was taking care of us. She had always smile on her face. I have no words to express my thanks to Jakob & her team who helped me a lot. Staff was very much co opearative & sincere. By the guidance of the staff we could travel by train from Pentodara to Pisa to see leaning tower of Pisa ( about 45 km), florence city (60 km) and viarggio beach. Over all my experience with resort & team was extra ordinary.

Rooms depend on which part of the resort you stay in. If you're in the Karma "chateau" then rooms are all different and furnished in period. Everyone there is very helpful. Location is very central to various historic towns nearby.
