This is such a stunningly beautiful property. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable- big beds, nice sheets, excellent AC, and OMG the water pressure in the shower is so amazing especially when combined with the decadent smelling bath products. We had a breakfast at the restaurant and dined outside- very lovely with charming and helpful staff. 10/10 would recommend.

Stunning property with breathtaking views. My first experience of the lovely Italian country side. The hotel is immaculate and cosy, the rooms are great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is absolutely outstanding. Emmanuel, who works the bar was a truly standout member of the staff with his friendliness and fabulous service. He also owns one of the best beards I have seen in Italy. The hotel is lucky to have him. I highly recommend this property.

Had a wonderful week in February. It’s a lovely resort with nice rooms, a really good restaurant, gym with spa, jacuzzi, stream and sauna rooms. The staff are attentive and helpful giving us many ideas of places to visit. Must dos include Assisi and Perugia both are close. The county side and grounds are wonderful. Relaxing, romantic just wonderful.

My husband and I stayed at Borgo dei Conti for 7 nights and we enjoyed every minute of it . Beautiful place , very nice people , I wish I could remember every name , front desk , bar , restaurant , pizza place by the pool, breakfast room, everybody very helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant two nights, delicious and well served and several nights Damiano, Sergio and Cristine served us at the pizza place by the pool , the most delicious pizza, we tried 3 different types , one better that the other, fabulous . One night we arrived 5 minutes before their closing time and they went the extra mile to accommodate and serve us dinner. We truly appreciated that. Overall a great experience , hotel gardens are gorgeous , the most beautiful flowers and trees . Thank you !! You all made this stay an unforgettable one .

We were guests int he off-season and as such were two of just a handful of guests at the property. It felt private, secluded and hospitable. The staff were friendly and not overbearing. Dinner was excellent. It was like a private experience for my wife and me on our honeymoon

This was the best place we stayed on our trip. We took no tours during our stay but walked around the 50 acre wooded site. Accomodations were Royal. Service was impeccable. Buildings are restored to embrace it's past and accommodate every modern convenience. It was the best 2 days I had.

Impressive in every way. An escape to nature, a part of history, excellent service and care. The food here is unforgettable and the staff are a pleasure. Highly recommend!

One of the most beautiful resorts. Pizza by the pool is fabulous! It is in the country. The landscape is stunning and the birds chirp so happily.
