Super local and welcoming. Everyone was respectful of others, no one talking too loud or playing loud music. A calm and soothing place of cool and shade in the broiling hot summer. Safe to swim (watch when the locals swim, they understand the currents)

Disclaimer: the entry is legally forbidden but no one respects it, moreover is very dangerous to take a bath 'cause of the sudden tides. As a matter of fact the section of river is not swimmable since is located in the vicinity of the Enel hydroelectric powerplant so water's flux can increase or decrease unpredictably.

Crystal clear water to take a summer bath. There is also a solarium to sunbathe. We were there in mid August and there was not too many people. Dogs are allowed to swim. Be careful, the water is pretty cold.

Special place with magnesium enriched healing waters... Fresh but worth the visit.
It's possible to grab a a bite at the street food truck with authentic and organic produce.

Magia del percorso lineare per raggiungere le mole, meraviglioso mondo incantevole anche con la pioggia. MAESTOSO il ponte di Augusto sotto borgo di Narni che padroneggia a picco della montagna che dalla porta di accesso ti regala un panorama unico e sensazione. Assolutamente da visitare, bello anche il borgo delle sette anime di STIFONE.

Lungo la strada che porta a Narni è d'obbligo una tappa a Stifone (fraz. Di Narni) per poter ammirare Le Mole di Narni, con le sue acque azzurre circondate da una natura rigogliosa. Sicuramente in estate il bagno è un'esperienza da fare.

Bellissimo! Vivo a Terni da anni e non avevo mai avuto l'occasione di andarci. Oggi finalmente ci sono andata e ne sono rimasta davvero sorpresa!
L'acqua è limpidissima, cristallina proprio. Essendo febbraio fa decisamente troppo freddo per il bagno ma sicuramente può essere rigenerante durante la calura estiva. La balneazione teoricamente è vietata, perché essendo parte di una centrale elettrica a volte aprono la diga e il livello dell' acqua si alza. Però chiunque fa il bagno anche perché l'acqua si alza di tipo 30cm e molto lentamente. Basta fare un minimo di attenzione ma onestamente non ci ho visto nulla di pericoloso, poi non so se dipenda dai giorni
