Tenuta la Torraccia

A little bit late but we just talked together about our great holiday back in september, good reason for a review.

Without bragging: We have had a lovely and typical “Italian” stay. If you want to have a calm few days without any stress then i would suggest to book directly.

The appartments are cozy and clean and the bathroom serves a good and warm shower.

We could talk a lot about the envoirment but i would suggest to look at the pictures, the pictures dont lie and the place is simply more then beautiful and without any imagnination.

Regarding visiting places: There is a lot to do but we would like to suggest Vassanello; Small, good food, kind people and a typical italian experience.

Barbara(and mom) thanks a lot for the hospitality and the great breakfast and coffee.

We spent a wonderful week in the beautiful Tenuta la Torraccia! The spacious domain offers wonderful views and guarantees a feeling of peace and quiet.
Everything is very well maintained and super clean, from the large swimming pool, the common areas to the appartments. The biggest asset is probably Barbara, the host who, together with her family, is always ready to help you with a smile.
The region itself is very charming and there are many opportunities to have a nice dinner out or visit a nice city
In short, it was a top holiday!

We celebrated our wedding at Tenuta la Torraccia in June/July 2023. We rented all the apartments for a weekend where we gathered family and friends to have our wedding celebration. Tenuta la Torraccia is really a perfect location for both holidays and/or special celebrations. Many people recommend Tuscany for Italian holidays, but northern Lazio really is a hidden gem filled with small and cozy Italian villages, countrysides and fantastic cuisine.

Tenuta la Torraccia is a really beautiful and charming property, surrounded by hills of hazel and olive trees, as well as some vineyards. In the middle, a lovely and unique building - a historic medieval tower extended with a farmhouse, all renovated in recent years. All the apartments are really high standard, clean and have all the amenities you need. Although there is no air condition, the temperature in the rooms is perfect even when hot outside, because of the solid structure of the building. The pool area outside is beautiful and always clean, every apartment has their own outside terrace and there is a pizza oven and barbeque available for the guests.

The best thing about this place is the host Barbara and her family. Barbara is hospitable, service-minded and has many good recommendations on what to do and where to go in the area. She has taken care of every request without question.

Can’t recommend this place enough! We look forward to coming back in the future!

we had an amazing 3 night stay in August 2022. We were in the smallest apartment but it was massive. Lovely patio area for us to sit out on. Apartment very well equipped and immaculately clean. Barbara was simply a brilliant host, booking and recommending restaurants for us and giving lots of tips. She is a lovely lady and very helpful. She speaks perfect English too! The pool was very clean and it is nice that each apartment has their own pool area - great idea. They also produce their own wine - definitely recommend you buy a bottle or two. Breakfast was lovely too - traditional italian breakfast. Everything was perfect, thank you for a lovely stay Barbara. We would love to come back. Elaine from Manchester.

정말 고풍스럽고 예쁜 집입니다. 정말 정말 추천해요! 집 근처에 가족이 운영하는 농장이 넓게 있는데 정말 평온하고 고즈넉합니다. 주인 가족분들이 너무너무 친절하고 아침은 직접 구운 케이크를 종류별로 준비해주는데 너무 맛있어요. 하우스와인도 사왔는데 맛을 보진 못했지만 너무 기대됩니다. 주변에 오르테 라는 마을이 있는데 성벽위 마을이라 멀리서 보기만 해도 너무 멋지고 주인분이 추천해주신 가까운 레스토랑도 너무 맛있었어요! 주변에 갈만한 관광지도 추천해줬는데 한국에는 잘 알려지지 않은 너무 좋은 곳이라 완전 만족했습니다. 이 좋은 숙소가 한국에 더 잘 알려지면 좋겠어요!!

Non volglio fare la solita recensione ma voglio solo raccontare cosa mi ha trasmesso la tenuta appena sono entrata...... tantissima tranquillità e tanta pace.
Una delle proprietarie Barbara di una gentilezza con un sorriso smagliante molto professionale per non parlare poi della signora Stefania che fa dei dolci da credenza impeccabili (Inginio Massari ti prenderebbe subito a lavorare 😂)
Tornerò sicuramente a trovarviiiii
P.s. dimenticavo ho dormito da favolaaaaaaa grazie mille per tutto.

Immersa nel verde, nel cuore delle colline della Tuscia, Tenuta La Torraccia ci ha regalato una piacevole settimana di relax e scoperta di Viterbo e della provincia.
L’accoglienza di Barbara e della sua famiglia ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il paesaggio bucolico dell’ambiente agreste, pulito e ordinato ci ha invitato a rilassarci e godere delle comodità di un appartamento confortevole e di una bellissima piscina.
La sua posizione ci ha permesso di raggiungere in tempi brevi diversi paesi circostanti, facendoci scoprire le meraviglie del territorio, ricco di storia e bellezze culturali e naturalistiche.
Per noi è stata la vacanza ideale, che ha accontentato tutta la famiglia.
Nota di merito all’olio E.V.O., ai vini ed alle nocciole prodotti dalla tenuta.
Consigliamo questo angolo di paradiso e speriamo di tornarci presto.

Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni di vero relax immersi nella natura passeggiando tra noccioli, ulivi e vigneti, bellissimi al tramonto!
Struttura accogliente e ben curata nei particolari, molto apprezzato l'utilizzo della piscina a due passi dal nostro appartamento.
La disponibilità e la cordialità di Barbara e della sua famiglia danno un valore aggiunto alla struttura :)

Splendida location, personale disponibile.. ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Il soggiorno alla Torraccia è stato uno dei più rilassanti che abbia mai provato. La cordialità di Barbara e della sua famiglia è davvero un bene preziosissimo e ti fa sentire come a casa. La location è meravigliosa ed è tutto molto curato nei minimi particolari. La piscina è sempre pulitissima e il giardino che la circonda è molto accogliente. Bellissime le passeggiate all'interno del noccioleto che circonda la struttura. Stupendi i paesi di Orte e Vasanello, i due borghi più vicini, e tutta la Tuscia viterbese che si può visitare senza problemi scegliendo come campo base la Torraccia. Un'esperienza da ripetere.

Ponte del 1° maggio

Abbiamo trascorso i 3 giorni del ponte del 1° maggio in questa incantevole struttura. Gruppo di 8 adulti più un bambino abbiamo alloggiato nell’appartamento “Ulivo”. Che dire: appartamento spazioso, camere e servizi arredati con gusto e soprattutto pulitissimi. Lo spazio esterno ampio e ben curato. Peccato non aver potuto godere della piscina visto il maltempo. Un plauso particolare va dato all’accoglienza. Carla e Barbara in primis sono state gentili, cordiali e disponibili. Struttura stra-consigliata ed esperienza da ripetere sicuramente. P.S. La sbriciolata ricotta e cioccolata di Carla veramente “top”. Grazie

Posto curatissimo in ogni dettaglio e l'ospitalità di Stefania e Barbara e delle loro famiglie è encomiabile! Siamo stati benissimo e la tenuta è facilmente raggiungibile in macchina e in posizione comoda. Il vino che producono è top!

Ho passato il capodanno a tenuta la Torraccia con un gruppo di amici in uno degli splendidi appartamenti della struttura.
Posto incantevole, immerso nella natura. Tutto ben curato, appartamento pulito e completamente ristrutturato. Barbara che gestisce la tenuta persona estremamente disponibile e gentile.
Lo consiglio vivamente per qualche giorno di relax fuori dal caos della città. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie Barbara.

Wij (familie met 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen) hadden een prachtig verblijf. We werden zeer vriendelijk en warm onthaald door Barbara met een koffie.
Het gelijkvloersappartement was ruim genoeg en in goede staat.
Heel mooi en rustig domein volledig in het groen, net waar we naar op zoek waren. Onze kinderen hebben er everzwijnen en eekhoorns kunnen spotten. Op 3 km ligt het super pittoreske dorpje Vasanello waar we in de ochtend heen gingen om koffie te drinken bij de bar centrale, maar waar we ook meerdere keren, op aanraden van Barbara, zeer lekker en gezellig hebben gegeten bij La Pecora Ladra.
Het enige dat ik als minpuntje kan bedenken is dat het zwembad koud was aangezien het niet verwarmd wordt (maar dat is nu eenmaal bijna nooit het geval in de zuiderse landen), dus voor kleine kinderen misschien niet ideaal.
Wij hebben alleszins een goede vakantie gehad!

Posto incantevole, immerso nella natura della Tuscia ottimamente curata. Gentilezza, disponibiltà e professionalità sono le caratteristiche principali dei proprietari. Che al loro volta mettono a disposizione della clientela il meglio del proprio podere. Esperienza speciale da ripetere e soprattutto consigliatissima. Bravi davvero a presto. 👋

Location perfetta per trascorrere giornate in assoluto relax immersi nella natura..dive puoi passeggiare.tra ulivi, noccioleti e vigneti...a disposizione una grande piscina ben tenuta fornita di lettini e poltrone...illuminata di sera...
Camere ampie e ben tenute....i proprietari...gentili e disponibili... parcheggio a disposizione, noi è la seconda volta che soggiornano con il nostro amato cane nella tenuta.....e la consigliamo vivamente!

Ontzettend hartelijk ontvangst van Barbara en haar familie. Barbara heeft ons goede tips voor de omgeving en treinreis naar Rome (heel goed te doen vanuit hier!) gegeven en stond altijd klaar om de lekkerste restaurantjes in de omgeving te reserveren. Echt een aanrader voor wie rust zoekt, met voldoende comfort, in het Italië zoals het Italië hoort te zijn.

Posto incantevole, immerso nella natura incontaminata (non ho mai visto cosìtanti scoiattoli). Gli appartamenti sono deliziosi e fanno da cornice a questa Torre molto suggestiva. Sembrava davvero un angolo di paradiso.
La titolare, Barbara, è una ragazza cortese ,disponibile e anche simpatica. Mi ha accolto come se fossi una persona amica ed è stata davvero gradevole anche nel fornire indicazioni circa i luoghi da visitare nonché le strutture in cui cenare.
Ci tornerò di certo. È stata una esperienza INDIMENTICABILE.
