Griglieria Le Vettovaglie

Found this place last minute and walked in for the dinner. We (a family of 4 from Croatia) were served by Lorenzo who from the beginning had great service. Place is beautifully decorated, traditional with nice details. I had handmade ravioli with ragu which was amazing. Wine was great, homemade limoncello even better. Lorenzo was later accompanied by his colleague Luca and we had a great laugh and more liquor tasting. Lemon cake for the end was beautiful. All in all the place is 10/10 and they take great care about the service, food, decoration. The boss was also a very nice man. Don’t miss this place if u visit Pisa! 💛🫶🏻

Don’t normally leave reviews but this place was excellent. I have lived in Rome for a period, but the Tripe served here was the best I’ve had. One of the finer meals I’ve had in Italy. Delicious. Ravioli ragù was excellent as well and loaded with meat (boar I think?). Highly recommend. Kind staff as well, certainly an authentic place.

Had the truffle & ragu for lunch. Food was delicious! Service was quick & friendly. Writing this as we are enjoying a second drink after eating with some complimentary biscotti. 100% worth a visit for.

Nice food all staff can speak English and very easy to understand the menu, the food it's very very nice. Price is right for quality and testing I have crabs whi spaghetti and beer jchnus non filtrata from Sardinia.. Woww

Sensational. Cannot fault in any way and the MOST delicious food we had in Pisa. So much so that we came twice! Amazing service from the lovely Antonio! The sea bass ravioli and the risotto with octopus was to DIE! 10000/10.

One of the yummiest meals we had in Italy! So much flavour and everything cooked perfectly! Lovely square and atmosphere. Highly recommend. Wish I had taken photos but we ate it too quickly!

Addition: we went back the next day it was so good! This time I took photos. The Gnudi is HEAVENLY

Came to the restaurant by accident, feeling like a risotto. I had the fungi which was marvelous, my husband had the octopus which was out of this world. Washed down with an excellent house wine, very easy pleasant service, very reasonable price. You can ask for nothing more

The Best Authentic and traditional Tuscan Food , I have tried in Italy, no question , after visit Florence, Rome and Milan, best ragú , best wine, the best classic rustic bread , chocolate cake and not mention the limoncello, carefully selected plates, cups and glasses. Great Service! The female cook is doing an Amazing Job .

Amazing food - we had the sea bass ravioli and the shrimp and zucchini risotto, would definitely recommend!

Five stars because cannot give six. We had risotto with vegetables and polpo and really enjoyed it. Warm sunny day and very gentle people cooking. Felt really welcome. Definitively recommended

This place is AMAZING! BEST FOOD I'VE EVER TRIED!. I've been traveling in Italy looking for great food and let me tell you this restaurant is amazing. I ordered the seafood spaghetti, the zucchini and shrimp risotto, and the octopus with mash potatoes. All dishes were outstanding and the service is amazing!!. Highly recommended 👌

Normally I don’t leave reviews but this was an excellent place. The best risotto I’ve ever had and the service was perfect, the waitress Gaetano was very nice and helpful, thank you Gaetano for the perfect dinner 😍

Amazing local food in Pisa with super friendly waiters. The dynamic duo Gaetano and Lorenzo gave us an experience of Italian hospitality we will not forget! This charming restaurant is located at a old historic monestary market where you feel like you go back in time. Their food is locally sourced and very good quality, hope we will be able to come back soon!

Restaurant on a lovely square. Great service from lorenzo. Lovely authentic food. Truffle pasta and tagliatelle with wild boar were excellent. Good prices. Sat outside b small market and other restaurants- perfect Pisa stop 👍

We stopped here and had a very special meal, completely delicious and I highly recommend. Very nice staff and quick service, wine is good
