Mit ein paar Worten italienisch ist der Verkäufer dein Freund. Er war sehr freundlich, weil ich mich bemüht habe. Leider hat er nicht alles im Programm. Die Auswahl ist begrenzt.

The man working the cashier is insanely rude, we have tried going in there twice for cigarettes, chips and information. The first time we gave him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he had a bad day … the next time it was the same tho, hostile and aggressive behavior. We will never give this shop our money. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

The owner of this shop is rude, ignorant and the worst example of a human being you could ever meet. How he can run any sort of business in a town that so welcomes tourists is beyond belief. He was unbelievably rude to a woman (big, brave man). Avoid, go somewhere else and get this cretin closed down.

What a hideous piece of human flesh. Asked for some cigarettes and was told to put mask on (When masks are not obligatory) and to speak Italian when I showed him the packets of cigarettes I had that I wanted to buy. I was told no get out !!! how rude and unpleasant is this man. he spoils it for all the lovely shop and restaurant owners in the vicinity. I was really upset until I read these reviews of every other customer that has left a review. Only then I realised it wasn’t personal to me he’s just a horror of a human being.

The owner and/or proprietor is incredibly rude, aggressive and hostile. We simply asked to purchase bus tickets and, for that crime, we were told to be “silent” and to “shut up”. Not only is this completely and totally inappropriate on any level but to be on the receiving end of such demeaning and subordinating language as women is extraordinarily unacceptable. We promptly demanded our money back. Please spare yourself the experience and stay away.

The owner is crazy, we asked for the bus tickets and he insulted us, very rude and agressive. This kind of people is not ready to interactuar with others. If you want bus tickets i suggest you to go to the sita bus stop, just in front of It there is a tabachi place with bus tickets.

Incredibly rude, all we wanted was to buy bus tickets, we didnt need to be insulted pointed at aggressively and have our change thrown back at us.

Horrible place. Do not enter this shop. Shop keeper is having some mental problems. This kind of people will ruin reputation of this city.
