Casa Elisabetta Short Lets

New built house with clean, light and modern, yet rustic apartment, in a tranquil area of a genuine Italian village. The weather was very hot so the small pool was highly appreciated.
The area has many genuine and interesting places to visit and experience. Two days whets the appetite, it makes you want more, it’s moreish.
Pasquale is a very service minded and helpful host, he and his brother made us feel welcome and comfortable. Our stay at Casa Elisabetta did exceed our expectations!

The property is excellent and will definitely stay there again. Very clean and modern. Had mosquito nets in all windows and doors so we could sleep with windows open all night, the host very helpful and well equipped for our young grandchild Feeding chair, Cot, potty and baby bath, can't find anything wrong. The road to the property not that good so had to find a longer route the avoid the potholes as we were worried to damage hire car.

A wonderful escape from the city - beautiful property and gardens, fresh vegetables, refreshing pool and beautiful views.

The hosts were lovely, very accommodating, generous and felt like friends, always willing to help.

The nearby town is walking distance with some great restaurants, bakery for fresh bread each morning and even a couple of bars. Highly recommend a visit if you’re looking for a breath of fresh air.

When we booked this apartment, we had no idea how perfect it would be. We were visiting the area to meet our Italian family for the first time. We visit Italy almost every other year & have stayed all over the country. When we arrived we were greeted by Pasquale & taken to our apartment. We had beautiful views, and the property was lovely. There were wonderful areas to enjoy the views with wine & cheeses. The gardens were beautiful with fantastic produce & foliage. But the most special part of our stay were the hosts! They helped us with dinner the first night. They made sure we saw interesting parts of this special town. They introduced us to the organic wines of the towns people, a special bakery, a family market, special view points and we felt so welcome.
When we left for Positano- we were sad to leave this rustic, unspoiled town and miss this wonderful family & Caposele!
We will definatly be returning!!!!!!!

Wow! This was so special for us, everything was beyond our expectations. The house was perfect in all aspects - location, cleaniness, host... oh yeah, our host Sandro showed us around, gave best tips and even got us into river tracking which was refreshing and fun. Furthermore we were invited to a special local food and wine tasting with his dad which felt so special. Truffles, porcini mushrooms, cheese...man that was really magical. So far the best Italy experience for us and I doubt anything will beat that anytime soon.

Wonderful place to stay in Campania region. Very welcoming and easy to communicate hosts. Newly renovated spacious apartments with great views of mountains and the village (Caposele). Apartments are very clean, there are all amenities, except air conditioning which actually was not necessary for us despite hot season (30+ degrees C). The house is on a beautiful hill and is surrounded by a large private garden with places to walk, dine or just lay down.

We were traveling with a 1 year old child and found all necessary amenities in apartment - baby crib, chair, etc.

Naples, Salerno, Pompei and other cities are easily reachable by motorways. However there are a lot of interesting things to do at ~20 km radius or in the village. There are nice restaurants in the village. Everything is very authentic as it is intended for locals.

Our stay at Casa Elisabetta exceeded our expectations. It is really a wonderful place.

Beautiful Casa Elisabetta is set on the side of a hill overlooking the breathtaking Sele valley in the village of Caposele. Our apartment was comfortable and efficient, and included all the essentials...espresso pot and coffee! We enjoyed the view from our balcony table, and were grateful for the laundry, as we'd been traveling for several days. Most amazing was the gracious welcoming presence of our host, Pasquale, grandson of Elisabetta, for whom the Casa is named. When we arrived, Pasquale asked about our evening plans and recommended a local restaurant. He made a reservation for us and then drove ahead of us to the restaurant, so we would easily find our way. (Our meal was wonderful, and we were immersed in the spirit of the community as we dined.) Pasquale took time to share with us the history of Caposele and the region, showing us the site on his family's land where stone was blasted from the mountain to be used for building the Sele aqueduct. One morning, Pasquale brought a basket of hazelnuts from a tree on the property; he invited us to wander and help ourselves to anything ripe that we might like to sample. (During the growing season, guests are welcome to pick fruits and vegetables from the bushes and vines surrounding the Casa.) It was a delight to call Casa Elisabetta "home" during our stay there. We will definitely look forward to another visit...soon, we hope.

Wonderful, clean and very modern property after visiting the area for 45 years to find a gem in such high standard was delightful as we had to rough it in previous visits. We would definitely stay again there even if the road is a bit rough between Caposele and Calabritto and had to go the long way around.

A comfortable housing in a small and charming Italian village. It has all the commodities you'd need.
Waking up to the sound of nature around us was a highlight!

Pasquale was a great host and went far and beyond what you'd expect to help and makes us feel comfortable.

High up in the Cilento mountains we found this recently built residence with some (6?) separate modern flats for rent; “Casa Elisabetta”. The apartment we stayed in was very nice, clean and well kept. We also had a terrace with a stunning view over the mountains and valleys. The residence is run by two brothers; Pasquale and Sarro (?) nice guys who were very helpful with guiding us to different areas and places of interest in the neighbourhood. The feeling up there was amazing - calm, genuine and rural, with a lot of exciting walks and old buildings to discover. If you are the lazy type who doesn’t like to hike around on your vacation, this probably isn’t the place for you - it’s sometimes quite steep and hilly.
If you on the other hand like climbing, trekking, mountain biking - OR wish to just get away from a stressful city life and write a book, it’s probably a great place to be.

Wat hebben we een heerlijke vakantie gehad! De streek is prachtig, de mensen authentiek. In casa Elisabetta zijn we heel hartelijk ontvangen. Hier is er enkel liefde voor de eigen streek en natuurlijke rijkdommen en terecht…Casa Elisabetta is de ideale uitvalsbasis om zowel de gekende als minder bekende parels van Campanie te ontdekken. Het huis biedt een prachtig zicht op de groene Monti Picentini, het appartement een bijzonder gezellige en comfortabele rustplek. We hebben prachtige wandelingen gemaakt, lekker getafeld, geproefd van de lokale specialiteiten en het pure, gastvrije Italie! Wat ons betreft, meer dan een aanrader. Bedankt voor de warme ontvangst!

Casa Elisabetta è un luogo magico, per molte ragioni. La posizione, per cominciare, dominante sulla valle del Sele, con una vista mozzafiato da ogni lato, dove il verde domina e conforta; l'alloggio, pratico e sontuoso insieme, con tutto quel che serve per un soggiorno di alto livello; l'accoglienza, generosa e bella, perché la famiglia Russomanno è davvero disponibile e premurosa, ben oltre le nostre attese.

Se vuoi mettere in pace corpo e spirito o vuoi evadere dalla città qui è il posto giusto..l appartamento ha tutti I comfort ed è pulito , l albergatore è gentilissimo. Avevamo un terrazzino privato dv poter consumare I pasti guardando il verde intorno a noi. Materassi comodissimi. Inoltre il paesello è pieno di gente simpatica e disponibile. Con l auto si può accedere a diversi posti da visitare e vicino ci sono le terme. Insomma ottimo l appartamento ottimo il posto ottimo il cibo nei ristorantini vicini e ottimo il prezzo. Da tornarci assolutamente!

we hebben met ons gezin ( kinderen 18-16-13 jaar) 5 dagen ontzettend genoten bij casa Elisabetta short lets. Na een paar dagen Amalfikust was het hier een heerlijke rustgevende omgeving. We verbleven in app. Oleandro . We beschikten over een ruime woonkamer, keuken, 2 ruime slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Aan de achterzijde was een klein balkon, aan de voorzijde een grote zithoek. Alles zag er in ons app. schoon en netjes uit. Het zwembad was aan de kleine kant, maar we maakten er veel gebruik van voor een welkome afkoeling ( elke dag ruim 35 graden). Pasqaule en zijn broer zijn ontzettende leuke gastheren, ze staan voor iedereen klaar, hebben tips, spreken prima engels en zorgen ervoor dat het aan niets ontbreekt. Caposele (en de omliggende dorpjes) zijn erg leuk om te bezoeken. Het beschikt over een bakkertje en een paar kleine supermarktjes.
Zeker een plekje om ooit terug naar toe te gaan.
