Secondo Tempo

Well, it has been my second time and it won’t definitely be my last time dining in this wonderful restaurant. It’s months after we dined here and now I want to leave this review.

To the food: Its outstanding, really, really top. The ingredients are from the best quality and you can taste that. The preparation is marvellous, fish and meat is to the point. Our favourites this time around were definitely the tuna and the pasta made from octopus.

Wine: a very nice and affordable tasting can be added to the tasting menu, 3 glasses for just 25€, I must urge you to do it. We did get a 2016 Rosso di Montalcino from Il Maronetto to it, what an outstanding red. One orange and one white completed the tasting, also very good choices made for us. The glasses could be a tad more elegant, but the content is superb nonetheless the less.

Hospitality: great effort by the team, all very nice, polite and friendly. We did get a second serving of focaccia after mentioning that we loved it the last time, a very nice gesture. All the dishes are explained in detail by the service, they seem truly enthusiastic about their job. Chef waited for us to shale hands at the end. Lovely!

All in all, I can only highly recommend visiting this restaurant. If you are reading this, don’t wait any longer, make the reservation, book a night or two in Termini, you won’t regret it!

This was sincerely the most delightful food experience we have ever had in Italy, and probably top 5 ever. Chef is amazing at showing restraint and letting each dish have balance. He also started so subtle and worked up to big flavours. Using fresh, seasonal foods he certainly gave us an experience to remember.

The only comments I have are that the drive up the mountain is hard in the dark (especially for those of us unfamiliar with driving in the hills) we did it but were a bit frazzled. Going down was MUCH easier. Also, we found it odd that the 6 and 9 course dinners didn’t offer a wine tasting to go with at a set price. Our waiter offered to pair, but having no idea what the price would be we chose a bottle instead (which the waiter recommended and was amazing.)

In the summer apparently you sit al fresco outside and that sounds lovely.

The finest Sicilian cuisine in the area. Great food combination aiming to find the ultimate taste. Great variety of choices. Staff knowledgeable and professional. The chef always present and showing his passion in every dish. Good courses size and value for money. Absolutely a "must try" for tourists and locals.

It was simply an unforgettable experience!
Everything was great since the entrance, gorgeous location in the city centre and then up into this ancient Sicilian house. The atmosphere was unique and the service was excellent.
I had the tasting menu and everything was incredibly balanced, tasteful and elegant.
I WILL GO BACK! Thank you chef, you make Sicilian people proud of you.

We had an amazing dinner experience! The food, the ambience and the flavours were excellent!

This was the first night of our 11-day trip. The restaurant sits on a steep hill. We were seated on the outside patio. There was a beautiful stone wall, the birds were chirping while lolling in fruit trees (I know, I would be singing too!), the evening was perfectly starry. It was evident that much thought was put in to the decor and ambiance.
Our waiter was welcoming, but did not speak English. Not to worry, the Chef himself came out and enthusiastically explained the menu in mouthwatering detail. The choosing was dificult, but we finally settled on: swordfish rollatini (thin strips of swordfish in breadcrumbs rolled up) (fresh fish, herbs, heaven!), octopus salad, homemade fettucini with tomato sauce and green pea puree (sounds odd but wow, was it good!), Snapper (described as "yellow snapper") - this was the best fish I think I have ever had. We had a variety of homemade breads with house brand olive oil that was packed with flavor. Dessert was a must although we were full. We couldn't wait to see what this Chef could do with the dolce.
We were not disappointed. Each of us ordered something different: white chocolate mousse, almond nougat with caramelized nuts and fudge, and a deconstructed fruit pie. We tried to agree on which one was the best, but, in the end, it was a three-way tie.
The Chef was born and raised in Termini, and has travelled the world to learn about different cuisines. He came back to his hometown to share his considerable talent and enthusiasm for food with his fellow Terminians (?). Well done Chef!

Great restaurant. So far my favorite place in Sicily. Highly professional staff, awesome food and a great venue.

Amazing meal, excellent wine and great service! Check it out if you are in the area. A class above other restaurants in the area.

Expect something very special from Salvo and his team. Delicious, ingeniously crafted dishes. A must-try restaurant.

Ristorante che fa la differenza, nel grande parterre gastronomico della cittàdina di Termini Imerese
Location accattivante, arredamento vintage, dislocato in un palazzo signorile , con un piano interno conviviale e una terrazza estiva, in cui vi si respira assicura, una sorte di comune prive, in total relax.
Un menù seducente, stimola percorsi gustativi in chiave gourmet, opzionabili, in relazione ai propri gusti, marini o montani, con diversi fuori menu e scelte vegan.
Ogni piatto, è una scoperta sensoriale, oculatamente studiato, curato in un'ineccepibile mise en place, grazie alla dedizione di un bravissimo chef, quale Salvatore Campagna , il quale dirige la sua brigata, con estrema precisione, professionalità e maestria.
Perfetta la sinergia tra cucina , e sala, con la magistrale direzione di una perfetta maitre giovane, preparata, meticolosa e professionale
Esaustiva la loro cantina un vero fiore all'occhiello , in cui primeggia una fine scelta di bollicine e champagne.
Superlativo rapporto qualità/ prezzo, in linea al range contestualizzato ai pari del settore,ove una convenientissima scontistica The Fork prontamente applicata, ne assicura una lodevole spinta pubblicitaria

Più che cena la definirei "esperienza". Tutti i piatti, dai finger iniziali al dessert, sono preparati con cura del dettaglio. I sapori sono molto equilibrati e la qualità della materia prima è eccellente. Il personale di sala molto gentile e preparato ci ha spiegato le varie portate e ci ha consigliato il vino più adatto da abbinare alle pietanze. Da provare assolutamente, io consiglio il percorso degustazione per avere la possibilità di assaggiare tutto.

Hohe Räume, gediegenes Ambiente, Service elegant gekleidet. Zutaten, sowie Wein lokal gehalten und von Top Qualität,, Zubereitung perfekt und ein Genuss. Preis/Leistung stimmen - wir kommen wieder
… toll wäre es wenn das Olivenöl auch verkauft wird

Ristorante equilibrato e piacevole, piatti ben presentati, con gusti che variano dal classico alla cucina moderna. Esperienza gustativa che nel mix sorprende. Molto gradevole nel complesso. Torneremo presto!

Lo chef Campagna e’ una delle eccellenze Termitane . Ho provato un menu degustazione , oserei dire eccezionale . Piatti unici che stimolano il gusto … il personale e’ preparato e illustrano con grande sapienza ogni piatto . Aggiungerei che si e’ trattata di una vera e propria rappresentazione culinaria . Consigliassimo.
