I tramonti di casa Graziella

I have a travel company called A True Italian Experience, so discovering Graziella has been wonderful! I have sent two groups of clients to Graziella so far and both have raved about the experience! Her home is located above the town of Cefalù and easy to reach. If you don't have a car, she will send you the number of a taxi driver that regularly brings clients to her home at a decent cost. The cooking set up is both professional and personal. She starts you off with aperativi (a welcome drink and antipasti) before making more apps together, homemade pasta and homemade dessert. And just as the meal is ready to eat, there is a stunning sunset overlooking Cefalù and the sea! I highly recommend cooking with Graziella and will continue to send my clients her way when in Sicily.

Just spent an enjoyable evening with Graziella and her son Gabriel (not that she really needed a translator as her English is very good). She did a great job of guiding us through the preparation of some very tasty food. Now we will try to produce something similar at home.

I absolutely recommend it! Graziella is a wonderful chef and puts all her heart into what she does. The atmosphere in the classes is wonderful, and an added bonus is a beautiful view outside the window (sea view). All the dishes we prepared were delicious and unique. While visiting the Cefalù area, this is one experience you will not forget until the end of your life. In addition, the price is relatively low considering the dishes and time prepared.

Graziella did amazing at speaking with us in English and Italian. Her instructions and examples were super helpful. She was so kind and funny. We are excited to make the pasta at home.

The course was truly a pleasant surprise! Graziella was very kind, she explained everything and more, always creating an informal and welcoming environment. Under her directions, the preparation of fresh pasta seemed easy and feasible even for us mere humans, with a result that more than rewards the hard work. I can only compliment her for spreading the heritage of Sicilian cuisine!

Ogni cosa al suo posto
Avete presente quando volete andare in un posto dove stare bene.. Avete trovato il posto giusto.. Una casa grandissima dove c'è tutto, graziella è una donna davvero organizzata e vi mette a disposizione tutto per il vostro confort.. La casa è incastonata nel miglior punto di un bel paesino, Roccella, dove hai tutto. La cosa che però fa la differenza è che spicca sul mare, dv dal balconcino puoi goderti colazione, pranzo e cena cn una vista bellissima del mare che ritempra e distende.. In più la sera aprendo le due finestre di salone e camera avrete un sistema di areazione naturale dv poter rifiatare dalla giornata di mare che potete fare. Che manca?! Se nn bastasse cn discrezione e gentilezza graziella vi farà sentire i benvenuti cn carinerie e pensierini.. Davvero davvero bello..

Graziella cuoca eccezionale, la lezione è stata incredibile e Graziella è molto gentile e sapiente. La sua allegria ha reso la nostra esperienza una festa. Grazie!

Un appartamento meraviglioso.,al centro. Non mancava niente,anche le tovaglie mare,le cialde, una colazione compresa che era cosi imponente che ne abbiamo usufruito tutt'e 4 le mattine. COMPLIMENTI alla proprietaria. 10 e lode
