Wonderful hotel, it really has that old fashioned Italian charm. We had such a relaxing stay, food delicious and plentiful , hotel and bedroom spotlessly clean, super friendly staff and AMAZING animation team. Would highly recommend.

Wow what a place to come for a rest. Food is great, all staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Acacia and had one of the best holiday we ever had. The hotel is perfect if you have children with huge shallow end pool and the staff are amazing. Simona who is one of the amazing front desk team was absolutely brilliant, she went above and beyond to help us with all sort of requests. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel with incredible food and welcoming staff.
Easy transportation from hotel to other areas of Sicily, and very safe.
Rooms are very clean, additionally gym and spa.

My room was very clean and large overlooking the raised garden. The bed was huge and very comfy. Food excellent with many choices. Staff friendly and helpful.

We came from Serbia, in the start of August 2022. Room was perfect, restaurant too, beach was clean and so was the pool. Staff in whole hotel was great! Helpfull, kind, smiling all the time. Food-something for everyone, you can’t have any bad word for that. Bar at the pool work all day, so does the bar by the hotel, so you can drink cofee/alcohol/water whenever you want. In all, hope to come one again.

Update: Came again end of May 2018 and was treated like family. Had another fantastic week - clean rooms, excellent service, wider choice of food (which was great even in October when we stayed the week before the hotel closed for the Winter season) . . . and this time I experienced the pool by night. Have uploaded photos because it truly is beautiful. We're heading back again in October we love it there so much :) I am counting down the days.

The hotel is very pleasant. Still there things to be fixed here and there. I would definitely recommend visiting during the season, after mid of May, as the rooms are cold, no animation, no options to have lunch nearby or anything at all.

Beautiful Resort with very nice and professional staff always helping. The pool is amazing and the food is very tasty and with local, fresh products. My room was nice, clean and with a big furnished balcony overlooking the lush gardens. Best place to relax and visit the island for its strategic, central position. It was a wonderful holiday!

We loved our experience here. The beautiful photos don't justify how lovely it is here. Another great perk is how close it is to Cefalu and not a bad drive to Palermo either. We enjoyed the facilities very much. The food was nice and vegan friendly which I appreciated. The staff was so friendly and warm. We would absolutely stay again.

Just returned from a great stay at this hotel. Facilities here are great, pool area very child friendly. Very friendly staff who tried to understand our terrible Italian.
Only buffet available in the evening and for breakfast which can get a little tedious but good food none the less.
Only downside is it’s in the middle of nowhere, a car is essential unless you are out on excursions each day. It’s a struggle to find somewhere close to eat each evening, although we found a few superb local restaurants.

nice location (preferd with auto) Cefalu 20 min ride, Palermo about 40 min. Rooms are wery clean, comfortable, towels and sheet regulary changed. Cleening staff, Reception, Waiters wery profetional, polite and helpfull. Swimming pool big und wonderfull, beach ok. Food was ok, buffet and we always found something tasty.

Lovely hotel to relax in if you are not afraid of birds as they nest in all corners of this hotel. This hotel have a lovely garden full of trees and a large pool. it has also a kids area, volleyball pitch, 5 a side football pitch, an outdoor gym and a beach area. As for food we had a buffet breakfast and dinner. It was very good and a lot of variety to choose from. Hotel is clean and safe to stay in as all gates are closed as soon as you get inside so that no residents cannot get in. We had some animation during the day and in the evening, where I enjoyed the one done in the hotel theater. We were offered a 10 min welcome message as well. Resort area is a bit rural so you need some kind of transport if you are planning to go and visit other places like lovely Cefalu which is about 30 min drive. Plan to go back again in the near future.

We were guests of Acacia Resort Hotel during the period 9-16 July 2022 and I want to share our wonderful impressions of our entire stay at the hotel. For us, this is the best hotel in Sicily and it is not by chance that we chose Acacia Resort for the 4th time to spend our summer vacation. The hotel is very stylish and clean, with very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for a wonderful time!

I would like to say that the hotel is fantastic. I would like to thank Ing Cesare Augusto Madia and the Director Pasquale Boccia for there fabulous team and hospitality. The entire team at the resort are always helpful, polite, very professional . The Rooms and the Foods is fantastic i would strongly recommend anyone to spend there vacation there . A great thanks to Giuseppe and Yelena at the bar and Mohammed.

The resort is just that. Luxury pool made up for what it lacked in placement(on the island) food and service is very fine...but not much variation over a 7 Day holiday.....longer stays would get more triviel.

Everything was simply perfect. Rooms very clean, staff very helpful and speaks english, breakfast and buffet dinner was very delicous and big variety.

A great base from which to tour the island. Very smart hotel, really good food and excellent staff.
