Paradise Alcantara

Has been refurbished in the past couple of years and is now excellent. Especially in the summer when you can enjoy their outdoor dining setting.

Edit: also went here the other day during the winter and was excellent. Very high quality and they are clearly trying to give this place a good reputation.

Absolutely wonderful. The maccheroni was probably the best pasta I’ve ever eaten. The mandarin sorbet was absolutely delicious.

We came here with 8 people for a small reception after we were married. The host was amazing setting out aperitifs before. But what really made the differences was every thing we tried.. from appetizers, first plate , second plate ect was absolutely wonderful. I live in Sicily and I can honestly tell you, the food was amazing!! The views are good and the property with the newly built pool area is beautiful !!

Came here after visiting Alcantara and had an amazing lunch. One of the best resturants I've eaten at in Sicily. One of the highlights of my trip. Would definitely visit again.

We had some of the best pasta dishes there we’ve had during our two weeks in Sicily. The ricotta spinach ravioli in the sage sauce were absolutely mouthwatering. The hand made macaroni’s with the pulled pork tomato sauce were super savoury and also just plain really good. The view over the Alcantra valley was breathtaking and the staff was efficient and friendly.

Most incredible caponata I've ever eaten. Lovely atmosphere and view of the valley. They do fish BBQs in the summer. We visited in the fall and enjoyed a great mix of Sicilian dishes.

Limited dishes for we vegetarians but, wow, how good they were! No space left for pud! Great crew, very friendly. Prices typical. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This eatery highly exceeded our expectations and visited twice in a handful of days in late January. Rare but delicious Sicilian food like hand made macaroni, 'macco di fave' and local roasts. Ample parking space and cordial waiting and cooking staff completed to perfection our visit.

We have been lucky to get a table for two at the lovely terrace without reservation. Shared an excellent appetizer plate and afterwards some stuffed Ravioli followed by an excellent Dorade. Wine list with some local and Italian ones - recommended white was fitting well our fish! The finish was faboulos - almondes with crocant...omg, heaven in a glass! Very friendly service, enough parking space and great view - for quality good price!

Go here if you want to enjoy great sicilian food. The restaurant has actual 2 sections, one for fish lovers and one for meat lovers! We had a raw fish starter which was gorgeous. Main course tuna as well as skewer, perfectly cooked.
If you decide to go, don't come too early. We arrived at 20:00 and there where hardly any guests. Between 21:00 and 22:00 (on a saturday evening), the place was filled with local people all enjoying the food (and wine)

One of the best location where to have a quiet dinner with your partner. The food is great and the staff are helpful in guiding you for the right choices.
