Casa Mappamondo

We stayed in the quadruple bed ( 4 single beds) room of this apartment on the second floor, located right next to the fabulous Modena food market in the historic center of town. Our bedroom had a lock that allowed us to lock our door from the inside and out, and we were given a bathroom dedicated to us. The common area included a small kitchen and dining room. The apartment had another bedroom and people stayed there while we were also in Modena, but we never saw them. With the windows open, we could hear typical street noise below in the morning and evening, but the apartment host provides earplugs at checkin which was nice. I didnt use them. If you want to stay in the center of town close to the Duomo, this fits the bill!

Perhaps the fact that there is no lift may put you off. Don't be. Ask them for help.

A gorgeous b&b. Our room was stunning and the host was very welcoming and helpful. Very budget friendly. We'd stay here again.

Muy buena ubicacion. Esta en un segundo sin ascensor. Casa antigua pero reformada, la habitación muy amplia, sin aseo integrado ,está a parte pero muy renovado y cercano. Dueño muy amable. Al ser día laboral y no fecha de vacaciones tuvimos la casa para nosotros solos. Pasamos solo una noche. Todo muy limpio y ordenado.

Muy buena ubicación. Habitación amplia y limpia. Casa vintage con cocina moderna. Segundo piso sin ascensor. Baño fuera de la habitación pero al ser los únicos inquilinos no supuso problema.

개인용 방과 욕실이 있어서 편안하게 사용하고 숙박했어요. 체크인할때 주인 아저씨가 무뚝뚝하면서도 젠틀하게 다 알려주셔서 좋았고, 무엇보다 첸트로쪽에 위치하여 식당도 많아 좋았어요.

Proprietario estremamente gentile! È stato molto ospitale e ha fatto vedere l’appartamento tutto in ordine con mobili e oggetti bellissimi! Prossima volta a Modena ci tornerò sicuramente! Altamente consigliato!

Particolarmente singolare come ambiente, ma molto accogliente.
In pieno centro storico di Modena a 100 metri da piazza Grande, si è subito sotto la Ghirlandina. Le camere si affacciano su piazza XX Settembre, a fianco dell'edificio lo storico Mercato Albinelli di Modena per chi ama il meglio della gastrononia e del buon cibo.

Ospitalità perfetta in una stanza pulita, ordinata, di buon gusto anche se su struttura del passato. Centralissima (e questo significa però anche un po' di rumore ad ore notturne) con un padrone fu casa attento e disponibile.

Ti affacci e vedi il duomo. Scendi e sei al mercato coperto. Appartamento spazioso, molto comodo. Proprietario gentile
