The House in the Castle

We had the most amazing stay at The House in the Castle over the Christmas break, Graziella was the perfect host giving us great tips and advice on places to visit and explore. The house in the castle is so comfy with everything you need. We did a number of beautiful walks from the house up into the hills where you have amazing views of the valleys that stretch as far as the house can see. It's a 15 min drive from Spoleto which is a lovely place to explore and amazing places to eat! We'll be back for sure.

Great place to unwind and get away from it all. House is spotless and Graziella was very helpful and accommodating. Beautiful garden with the best sunset every night. A new pizzeria at the bottom of the hill, will definitely be going back there again!

Silenzio, natura e relax sono le prime tre parole per descrivere la permanenza nella casa di Graziella. Posta a quasi 1000 mt, la casa è parte del castello di Acera e Graziella è un host perfetta, disponibile e attenta. La semplicità del luogo ben si adatta a chi cerca un momento di pausa dalla frenesia di tutti i giorni.

Acera è un piccolo paradiso in mezzo ai boschi sulle colline intorno a Spoleto: c'è una gran pace, silenzio e aria buona; si possono fare belle passeggiate, oppure si possono raggiungere in poco più di mezzora di auto piccoli centri umbri ricchi di storia e di arte (Montefalco, Spello, Trevi, ...). La casa è confortevole, accogliente e tenuta con cura, e in più si può godere di un giardino a due livelli che si affaccia su un panorama di boschi e colline a perdita d'occhio.
