I had a "Braciole di Cervo con polenta e funghi", Deer cutlets with polenta and mushrooms. The meat was one of the most tender meat i had.

Rissoto, Ribs and lasagna were good too!

For dessert we had a whipped cream cake with berries, it was quite a treat.

Incredible food after a great hike. I guess in Italy, you get real gourmet dishes instead of burger and deep-fried schnitzel at the top of a mountain.
