Conserva - Trattoria Superga

Nice authentic place to have simple good Italian food on the way to visit the Basilica of Superga. The staff is very friendly. Try the pumpkin soup if it’s in season. It was superb.

I had the chance to visit it with Davide and Mr. Messina, founder of the Roasting Coffee Company LA COSTARICA 1902 in Turin.
Besides the honour to get visited by the Master Chef himself, the place is amazing (travel back in the past). Food delicious and price unbelievable. Don't miss such a chance! it is few meters to the top of the hill of Superga (the famous Church) on the top of Turin.

We had a great experience, the food was so delicious and in addition the service with Elena made a great difference! She knew how to be kind and cheerful … Anyway, it is a wonderful restaurant! We definitely want to come back !

Fresh, typical local cuisine perfect for family style dining. Service is attentive and welcoming. Portions are generous but not wasteful. The house wine is tasty too! We'll be back again!

Semplicemente perfetto, un atmosfera d'altri tempi, si ci sente a casa.cibo ottimo buon vino e persona gentilissimo.ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Locale retro' molto carino ubicato un po' prima della Basilica di Superga.
La specialità è il "cestino in conserva" che consiste in una serie di antipasti serviti in barattoli da conserva, le Cipolle caramellate sono una delizia per non parlare poi delle acciughe con bagnetto verde, ottime..."come quelle che faceva mia mamma"...
Come primo ho scelto i "Tagliolini Conserva" con asparagi e topinambur, sapore molto delicato (forse troppo, mi aspettavo qulacosa di più gustoso) e porzione abbondante. Il servizio buono, il proprietario gentile e attento con i clienti. Si può mangiare anche fuori nel porticato dove c'è una bella atmosfera !
Ve lo consiglio, oltretutto in estate lassù fa fresco !

Un posto accogliente nella sua semplicità, sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo. Gentilezza, cordialità e ottimi piatti! Questo locale ha un’energia meravigliosa, merito del proprietario attentissimo a tutto … non svelo altro, vi consiglio di andare ed essere attenti ai particolari. Si guarda con il cuore e il gusto diventa un mezzo per godere di tutto! Buon ristoro!

Locale vicino alla Basilica, storico e rispecchia la traduzione piemontese. Da provare assolutamente la "merenda" che in realtà è composta da piccoli barattolini in vetro ognuno con zucchine, alici in verde, fonduta, tomino, ed una mousse al tartufo. Sublimi anche i ravioli in purezza con burro d'alpeggio e salvia.....accanto ad una stufa a legna antica
